I made the reservation for my husband and all he did was complaining that the room was outdated bathroom was small the air conditioner was leaking the balcony was facing a alley with garbage. They show picture on the internet with big bathroom and spacious room, and the location of the hotel where there are a lot of business around but noisy my husband checked out a day early he couldn’t take it anymore he decided to stay at his mom for the remaining day

Nice restaurant and pool, didn't like the shower in the bathroom

Stayed here the end may for 8 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel is located conveniently and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, however the beds are not the best, like sleeping in a hole. Aside from a few minor issues, For the price my fiance and I enjoyed our stay here..

I called couple times to the Maintenance Department we had a big flood at the Shower and they never fixed it. I never recomend this Hotel.

Overpriced during Carnival with bad services and ordinary breakfast. Room looks old and needs renovations. Not even the location is good enough, in a quite deserted neighborhood with lots of things under construction. In summary, not worthy.

The room was not prepared for my arrival, meaning the AC wasn't on and the fridge was disconnected. The shower door did not stay closed so showering required some smart thinking. Seemed like someone was knocking every few hours so rest was difficult. Paid for a late check out but all was a waste since didn't get the rest I wanted. Got the impression that the communication between front desk and cleaning staff could of been better on that part. Overall I would stay here again. Breakfast was included with the room and that was incredibly good so there was that.

It's a great hotel, with with lots of good features but it's getting tired and needs maintainance. Gym most machines don't work and the ones that do are on the last legs. Sauna and steam room both have several issues and require a deep clean. The rooms are nice and spacious but the bed we had has been fixed with pallet wood and is on wheels and kept moving. Same with ironing board, been fixed with flimsy wood and very dangerous to use, breakfast is limited but quite good. Over all a good hotel that needs some work to restore it to its glory days

A nice quiet hotel in a relatively busy area of Barranquilla. The staff was polite and helpful. The menu in the restaurant didn't change, but the same items could vary a bit from day to day

Appreciated the carneval package. What we really didn't Like was that we we're told the Sauna and Pool are Open 8 to 8. They were never. 3 days I tried at half past 6 Pool was closed. Last day i asked what about Sauna. They Said it is broke. And Pool only Open Till 6. The information Sheet they gave us is wrong... For 100€ we expected more

Bed felt like bricks. Food in their restaurant didn’t have any flavoring.

Rooms are dated but clean. Didn't have hot water for my 4 day stay. Very helpful and friendly staff

stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks. Breakfast is buffet style concist of scramble eggs, toast delicious fuit, Coffee or tea etc. The rooms are big and some have balcony and at a reasonable price wi-fi. staff super friendly and location is great close to restaurants all sort of stores and supermarkets. Will be back in the future.

My brother has always stayed here over the years when he comes to visit me. He has said that he feels very comfortable here and when I went to pick him up there the last time he came to visit me I found the hotel and the service very nice! I would recommend them with out any hesitation!

Cons Small room Room key didn't work on two days of our three day stay On first night, there was an infestation of small insects (non-biting) in our room. Very noisy AC unit in our room. Equipment in gym was of poor quality.

Staff are always super helpful at this comfortable yet utterly unpretentious hotel. This is my second time here, and the sheer value for price is hard to beat. Yes, it is tucked away from tourist areas, and yes, while very clean it is not physically pristine. But I am sure I will stay here again.
