It is a nice & clean hotel with reasonable price and they offer a great range of breakfast buffet as well, which is way better than the 5-star Marriott Hotel in Barranquilla.

It has a very convenient location where you can find lots of top-notch restaurants and shopping malls. The facilities itself is kind of brand-new, well-maintained and spick & span. But I hope that they will provide apples for breakfast down the road. And the main restaurant is too small to hold more than 20~30 guests at the same time, so you feel like, you kind of have to eat up your meal fast and leave in a hurry.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was great and the pool was a wonderful escape from the heat! Can’t wait to go back.

Rooms are strictly functional but clean and tidy. Service at the breakfast buffet was polite and efficient. Location is great! Next to an awesome mall. Breakfast Buffett was good.

Safe hotel. Thursdays are all you can eat burgers for 40,000 pesos and all you can drink beers for 30,000 pesos from 5-8PM. Buffet breakfast is included with the room reservations. I paid extra to add a third person in each room. The hotel staff was incredible. Security was very uptight. Security called up to the pool to ask the bartender to ask me to respect the pool when I was kissing my girlfriend in the pool even though we were the only people in the entire pool area. Security saw us on the camera. The pool is very shallow (only 1 meter deep). The room service is slow, but the food is very delicious. One night all of our fries were cold, but that problem only happened once.

Amazing attention. Included yummy and we'll stocked breakfast. Great location. Glad we chose this one over the Marriott. Manager even came up to our room with cookies, milk and a personalized note for the kids.

This hotel is really something special. One of the best Marriott bargains. I’ve been to them all around the world. For the low price, you get a quality hotel, well designed, amazing breakfast and food that is included. The staff are super professional, well, dressed, polite. Even the quality of the room and amenities are pretty good. Having a pool and central location top it off. My wife and I cannot believe how well priced this hotel is compared to others of lower quality. We will always stay here when visiting Barranquilla.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my family. We really enjoyed our stay here. No complaints really but maybe a bigger gym? But not a big deal. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and positive. Especially our housekeeper on the 1st floor Marie Luz. She even gifted my toddler son with a car toy and he was so happy! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had with an assortment of options including traditional options (soup, rice, meats, sweets), natural juices, fruits etc! The hotel is very clean, great beds, water pressure in showers, pool on the roof, free parking downstairs. We will be back for sure!

Everyone who works here is beautiful. The service is top-notch. This is the 5th country I have stayed in a Four Points by Sheraton, a place I can trust.

I'm giving it 4 stars because truly only one person on that team was able to make me feel comfortable as possible during my 4 day stay. Steven went above and beyond his job duties and was extremely alert. He showed he was about his customers and made every effort to go that extra mile. I was very thrown off only to see him upstairs in the pool area and so many other servers and waiters downstairs who need much more training. There customer service skills was not friendly and they did not make you feel notice. I sat at my table few of the days and not one person came up to greet me to ask if I need coffee or anything else. Steven would be phenomenal and outshine those other waiters. As an ambassador (status) I would have expected much more than I received. The breakfast was semi horrible. It was constantly cold and every day was same meals. This was my experience and not others, but to be ambassador, you must travel a lot and to know what good service is, I can recognize it and speak to it.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a mix of traditional Colombian food and American selections. The lunch is yummy too and a great price.

the staff was friendly, restaurant food was cooked to order, the building is secure, the room was nice, gym, everywhere clean.

Location is ok, hotel is like 2-3 star property (expectations were different), breakfast is below average, staff friendly (many not English speaking), taxis available in the street, room bed and shower are ok but very basic and odd smell, by sheraton branding is a bit misleading (compared to other ‘by’ chains like by hilton etc)

Greatest asset of the hotel is its photographer: the rooftop pool looks at least 2-3 times as big on the pictures than its actual size. Worst of all, they closed the pool 3/6 days of our stay… Rooms are spatious and location is good. For all of the staff applies: No habla Inglès?!

great, friendly service and very helpful staff. the room was very good and the kitchen staff were super helpful. I had to leave in a rush and they suggested leaving my food in my room. they have a gym on the roof, as well as a pool. 👌🏿
