This is a very nice, elegant and attractive hotel for the eyes. One can rest in such a comfortable place for a long time without fear of being bored. The decoration is very clean and simple, which gives a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and depth. In the hotel you can opt for a day at the pool and enjoy a moment of relaxation without registering for one night. The hotel is very close to a famous and busy point in Barranquilla called La Troja, so if you want to have a time of music and fun you can get there and live the true atmosphere of the city. The Atrium Plaza is located in a central point of the city, near an important vehicular artery, therefore, you will not run out of transportation.

Overall a whatever hotel, staff were ok, food was ok, rooms were hit or miss.

Booked 3 nights, stayed 1 and wanted to change hotel as it advertises a gymnasium, and it's a tiny hut on the roof level, sad, extremely hot badly looked after and inadequate. The junior Suite was noisy, towels are below standard, and the bath was not cleaned one day. They refused to refund me for 2 nights I did not want to stay as they said it was because I booked through booking. Com. And booking. Com customer service is probably inexistent as I tried to contact them too but did not receive a reply. The water in their swimming pool is torbid and murky.. I would certeavoid this place next time and for the rest of my life.

Probably it was a great hotel few years ago, but the maintenance is out of touch. No hot water in the shower with repairs that are awful. Needs a fair renovation. Has great potential

The room was spacious. Pool is sufficient. Staff is friendly and helpful. The noise was incredible. Like a playing ground of 5 years old children yelling. It works as a conference hall probably as well and that meant that at 06:00 am it was impossible to sleep. Besides, it is located next to La Troja, local bar kind, and you can’t sleep before 03:00am. Lastly, there is no window to open. No fresh air. Breakfast genuine and decent. Safeguarded 24/7.

Overall a really nice hotel at a reasonable price, the only issue I encountered was that the music from the event room was loud and did not stop untill 11 PM. The pool, parking facilities and restaurant were great.

Great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. Willing to help you , the rooms are cozy. Restaurants and pool ,wifi connections is very good. And close ro the outlet, malls and there's a party haul right down the street(2mins walk). Plus the food is great

I stayed here early June 2022 and in general I found my experience was a good one but there are a few things to point out. First, the air-conditioning and room power system was unusual. When you get into your room and insert your room keycard the lights will turn on but the air-condition takes a few minutes before it kicks on. Mind you, Barranquilla has a very hot climate and the hotel lobby doesn't have climate control either so I would have appreciated a faster system. They do not have hot water. For me, this was not an issue because it was a nice temperature but I did hear others complaining. The room in general was good and a good size. I slept very well except the last night when I noticed a small cockroach on the floor. The pool area was very nice and so was the view from the top floor. Unfortunately the elevator was not working and according to them it was because of a recent lightning strike. The restaurant was good enough but there are much better options elsewhere. I'm always happy to at least have an option to eat/drink at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good (not fancy) but I'm not a huge morning eater. The staff was helpful at all times and I had no issues with them. The immediate area around the hotel does not have much to offer for a visitor but there is a nice outlet mall about a 10 minute walk away. Even for lunch or dinner you might want to consider it. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I would prefer a better location though but for the price it was a good deal!

We got into town after a massive flight delay, arriving at 07:00 when we should have been there at midnight. We got our breakfast and went to sleep. Love the fact they have a 1 pm checkout. And the guidance provided for a great, affordable shuttle to Santa Marta was excellent. Very affordable. Recommended.

Stayed here one night for location. Pool was good. Staff was good. Water in shower was not hot. Nothing bad to say. Clean and comfortable.

Great Location in the heart of Barranquilla. The Hotel has and underground garage that was included in the price. A lift to reception and a easy and quick check-in. We stayed on the 5th floor with main street views. The room was HUGE, with big windows of uninterrupted views. The bathroom was again huge with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi. All amenities where clean and tidy. The room had sofa, dinning table, fridge and a nice mirror. Nice hook on the ceiling for extra fun. The price include breakfast for two. There is a pool with a public jacuzzi but we didn't visit. The views on the pool side are somehow restricted by older buildings. Still very pleasant. Bar and drinks are possible.

The hotel is well located, has a pool i have been staying since last 4 years, since, the new administration came in 2018, the hotel is downgrading needs lots of maintenance, my last stay did not have hot water even after they changed my room. Some ACs have changed others still need to be changed. Hope the administrator reads this. Thums up to the boys at reception.
