An incredibly dated hotel with poor functioning air conditioning... (They provide a stand fan) the restaurants has decent offerings however they seem to struggle with people paying in cash...🤷 The pool WAS AMAZING! Enjoyed it very much... Also if you go outside of the restaurant and walk two blocks you will come across some fast service restaurants. Like pizza and fried chicken that the hotel doesn't have.

I did my reservation through Booking and stayed there last week and for some reason it is not letting me write the review. The experience can be summarized as: - The rooms looks antique, and hasn't been modernized, it can be noticed on the electrical sockets that has a darkish yellow color, and the old air conditioner system concentrates too much humidity which is something that can be improved with a dehumidifier - Cleaning service was great, leaving the room impecable - Hotel Reception was friendly. - Only 1 of 2 elevators worked Restaurant service was terrible: - It took them too much time to offer coffee, they were stationed at one place without moving, which forced me to stand up and go where the coffee cart was to either serve it myself or ask them to do it - Poor planning regarding the breakfast drinks, the restaurant opens at 6 am and one day at 7:30 am they ran out of the red juice they were serving and started serving oatmeal as drink. - When arriving at the restaurant most of the time, there was no staff present welcoming at the buffet and letting you in, and waiting times to write you down to let you in could be between 5 - 10 min

Sorry but 0 maintenance. Hot water in special hours. Very low quality breakfast. Safe bok didn't work. Water coming in few ways in the shower. I made complaint the manager wasn't there so I need to wait 4 days for answer just unbelievable. Very old hotel need renovation asap

I like the place but there were no good options to eat outside at night.

For what I saw around in Barranquilla, it seems nice. Are there nicer, possibly more modern looking hotels? Sure you could find better. The location makes it wonderful. I hate mosquitos, some areas make you more prone to get bit. Rooms are very comfy, bathrooms are decent. I do consider the fact that it is a sea side city, and sea salt can get into machines. I did find it interesting they try to promote less usage of the elevator and try to promote walking up or down the stairs you will always find better elsewhere, happens with everything. loved it.

The hotel is lacking lots of maintenance, hot water isn't offer 24 hours, you might find cockroaches in the bathroom, the hotel seems to have been a good hotel in the past but today is very abandoned, all the machines at the gym don't work. The hotel needs urgently some update because it looks like a haunted hotel; everything looks pretty old. The only thing that stands out is the kindness of the ladies at reception during the day.

Is a confortable hotel but they need to Improve their attention in reception and restaurant services.

Arrived to the hotel. Staff at the desk could be more friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Two stars for the restaurant service. Took me 20 minutes to order while they are hanging around, hugging each other, not paying attention to the table, not friendly and moody
