Good hotel, friendly staff and a pretty good 24/7 roomservice. Breakfast was quite good as well and included with the room. We stayed one night while transfering to Santa Marta. Feels more like a business hotel to me, and not a place I would spend longer time while on holiday. But for business travel, I'd say this is amongst the better options

Overall it was a pleasant stay. This hotel is well located (within a 15 minute walk from a big mall), it is itself within a small mall. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The restaurant is great, breakfast was good but it could get busy enough that you would have to wait for people to leave before you could sit down for breakfast. The pool and gym are nice but small for the hotel's capacity, the pool specifically could get uncomfortably busy. Aside from these last two points, our stay was nice :)

Great service, great food, great accommodations. The pool was small but enough for my daughter to have a great time. Also, we had to move rooms because we added an extra night, we think the second room we got was hunted, wondering if anyone else has said anything about it.

We stayed here for a week while our daughter played softball in The 2021 Jr Pan American Games. The hotel and service of employees was amazing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast is buffet style and was great with plenty of options. We ate lunch and dinner here a few days and was good food with very good service! We are extremely happy with our overall stay. Exceptional from rooftop with a pool.

Fancy hotel with great rooms. Pool is small but enough for about 10 people. The included breakfast was the same every day, but great nonetheless. Service is quick and professional. Heaters for the bathrooms' showers barely work. I had to call for help 5 times total during my stay there, and only ONCE was there hot water running. There was also this flying bug that got into my room through a window I left open, but having a room on the 12th floor makes it hard to believe. Guest service was called about this, but no one showed up to help. The gym was good, with working equipment and wide windows. The view was overall amazing, from the room, the pool, and the gym, always breath taking.

The hotel Sonesta is great. The rooms are big. There is a big SmartTV in the room. There are two chairs. There is a table. There isn’t a refrigerator. But there is room service. There is air conditioning in the rooms. There is a comfortable bed. There aren’t any lamps. There is a safe box to put your money. There is an exciting bar on the first floor. The Wi-Fi connection is bad. I recommend Sonesta Hotel because it is very confortable and the Price is good.

Disappointing service. The pool is tiny compared to the image you see and you request service in the pool bar area via whatsapp. Could have been so much better.

Loved the people working there! Always treated with kindness and respect! Workout room is horrible, and pool service rarely exists. Restaurant is good!

The hotel is fine, breakfast was good, location is good, beds are confortable. Just be aware that this hotel charge you for taxes, and they are not supposed to charge you for taxes if you are not a residents of Colombia. Taxes are 19% which is a lot of money. if you are not leaving there, you dont have to pay taxes, if you are born in colombia but you are citizen in the USA and leaving here, in the USA you don't have to pay taxes there, unless you are there for a long period. I was there only for 3 days and they charged me 19%. this is not right.
