I had a very negative experience.the bedroom and the bathroom are super small. I would go out to buy something and when I got back to my room. The air conditioning was off. I had to wait a couple hours before the room felt comfortable again. I stay for a week. I had to tell them to change the sheets on the bed. Otherwise they wouldn't have changed them.im very dissapointed. For a few dollars more I could have stayed in a much better hotel with a pool and in a better neighborhood.dont wasted your money with this hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is that the breakfast is made fresh and most of the staff is friendly.other than that I would never stay here again.

My husband made a reservation and I had my 2 kids with me they were giving us 2 separate rooms how will they think i was going to leave my 2 boys in a separate room in another country...they had no air conditioning in Colombia you need air conditioners 🤦‍♀️ we ended up renting another better hotel and never got reimburse in this one 😡
