Place was clean and quiet and the personel very polite and helpfull...my room had no windows and their was no hot water

Small rooms, small breakfast low bads, no fridge, no safe. I took 2 rooms. In the night I asking why there is no hot water to take shower. - "it's not the season". So if you like to take a shower with a cold water this hotel will be perfect for you.

Beautiful and comfy place. Their staff is amazing. Great location so you can move around the city. Would love to go back!

An excellent hotel. Friendly staff and gorgeous rooms with everything you need to rest or have a good-night sleep. A hotel with an economic price rate taking into account it's location. If you want luxury, good etiquette and an excellent price, this is the hotel you must go. Highly recommended.

Nice staff! Id recommend if you’re looking for value. However - The rooms and bed are a bit small and the shower had no hot water. We also found hairs in our bed (upon initial checkin) so we had them change the sheets. They brought us sheets to change ourselves haha 😅

The hotel staff that checked in was super friendly and the housekeepers made the bed for us without requesting it. It was a nice surprise! However despite the listing, no one in the hotel speaks English. I tried the front desk, housekeeping and the waiter in the restaurant (no one speaks English) so, I would avoid the hotel if you can't speak Spanish Lastly, the Hotel is located in a good area close to "Viva mall". However, they do NOT have hot water. If you need hot water, I'd suggest staying with IBIS hotel, they have hot water and is basically the same price TLDR Pro's - Close to Viva Mall Cons - No one speaks English, No hot water

Could not sleep, car alarm inside the building going off at 4am. Then regular load bangs every 15 minutes, like a bird scarier...

Excellent value. Big room and comfy beds. Just what we needed. If you are on holiday in Barranquilla, it would be worth investigating this place. Also, they serve breakfast, and it's ok. NEAR BERLINAS TERMINAL.

I am staying for this week from July 12th to 19th. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent service, the employees are friendly. In my opinion, the rooms should have desks or tables. Habitaciones son cómodas y limpias.

Comfortable room with nice bed. Would be good if supplied drinking water.
