Deberían clausurar ese “hotel” las fotos son falsas, las paredes tienen humedad moho negro e intentaron taparlo con pintura, el aire acondicionado no sirve, las sábanas sucias, el espaldar de la cama absolutamente sucio manchado, las sabanas mal lavadas, nos apareció una cucaracha gigante que caminó toda la cama, la encargada tiene el descaro de decirnos que si matamos a la cucaracha y OJO nos dijo que le apagáramos el aire que dejáramos la luz apagada y cerráramos la puerta a lo que estoy segura que fueron capaces de simplemente meter a otras personas así, además los muebles en mal estado y para colmo se atrevieron a venderme dos botellas de agua de las cuales una no tenía la tapa normal ni sello por lo cual se nota que reutilizaron el empaque quien sabe con qué tipo de agua lo rellenaron. Simplemente todo es putrefacto en ese lugar, como mínimo al menos me devolvieron mi dinero y pudimos encontrar otro hotel.

Es la PEOR experiencia que he tenido, somos 22 personas que llevamos esperando 4 horas para el reembolso y poder irnos a otro sitio, el techo de un baño se calló, las habitaciones con moho que es muy perjudicial para la salud aunque sea con una sola noche, intentaron ocultarlo con pintura y la habitación aún tenía el olor, baños con charcos de agua porque hay fugas de la ducha y lavamanos, aires acondicionados en mal estado, entre muchas cosas mas, NO VENGAN!!! Y aparte los encargados salen con puras excusas y antes les salimos debiendo nosotros.

Es horrible ese sitio, las habitaciones mal aseadas, espejos rotos, las baldosas huecas, los pasamanos flojos, no tienen vigilante y otra entrar y salir necesitas que alguien te abra. Los baños son una porquería sin división de ducha ni ventana. Me toco una habitación donde la puerta del baño no cerraba porque se le estaba cayendo el cemento del marco. Además de la impresión de que también funciona como motel o amanecedero. El muchacho que atiende en la noche es muy flojo atiende mal. I went back told them to bring my luggage down (Young guy named Luis). while I'm waiting on Luis I saw someone who looked like a Mgr. (named Jorge or George in english) He said wait he would help me they changed the room to the second but it wasn't much better. Waited on my girlfrien to arrive and when she say the room she almost refused to stay there. We wnet to dinner about 10pm and came back at 11:30.
