Beautiful hotel in Barranquilla! Great service, ambiance and food! Great location 😁👍🏻

I stood there for 5 days last summer. I loved the service, the food, the location. I found this place to be very affordable and in a prime location. If I was to ever go back to Barranquilla, I would stay there again. Our room was upgraded for free. Very pleasant people in the breakfast area. I honestly did not have any complains. I would recommend it again and again.

Nice staff but hotel is in need of some structural refresh. More amenities in room and better kept eateries. If you get a very good deal then it could be an option (Budget quality)

Day pass plus lunch. This an older hotel, but it is nice. Good time, The service was awesome. Lunch was good.

I enjoyed the area, the hotel buffet style breakfast, the 26th floor restaurant and pool area. In addition, the bar area is an excellent place to watch a soccer match and relax. The staff was very helpful in directing me to several restaurants in the neighborhood.

This hotel grew on me and the quirks at the beginning just became little character flaws. Only big flaw was the glue/chemical smell from the room. Everything was good value and I would stay here again. It was situated in a prime spot in Alto Prada with lots of good food options around. 2 big pools to get wet in. OVERALL: 4.1 Room: 3.5 Service: 5.0 Amenities: 4.5 Breakfast: 3.8 Location: 5.0

Restaurant experience at this hotel was the worse.

We have stayed here 4 times in the last year for a total of 6 weeks. The staff is amazing, breakfast is great, the facilites are clean, the pools are perfect for families and the location is also great. 3 of my favorite restaurants in Barranquilla are on the same road within walking distance.

A little dated. Still a good place. Their top floor restaurant/bar should open to full capacity and more days during the week. Would recommend 👍

I don't recommend this hotel for Americans... The reception area rarely picks up the phone and if you speak English they will automatically transfer the call and then the call is not picked up. Called reception at least 15 times with no satisfactory until I went downstairs and spoke with a nice gentleman that was a supervisor. He was kind enough to accommodate me with what I needed. I prefer the Four Seasons because they care enough to call you back or send someone up to your room to see what you need. Next time I will be staying there!

The water doesn't get as hot as you may like. You need to run for like 5 minutes first. Otherwise, for the price, perhaps good enough. Their gym has strong mold smell. Breakfast is good enough. Bathroom window didn't close, broken. No problem checking out earlier than planned.

Nice location - most visited places in The city are just 5 to 10 min away from this hotel. Uncovered Inside pool, and a 360° View restaurant located on The top floor of the hotel.

Really nice place, very central location and good service. Perfect for medium size events. It has all the expected services from a hotel in that price range.

Clean and convenient with a very nice breakfast. A bit noisy Fri and Sat nights, and the elevator situation is a bit unusual as not well coordinated and when busy can be a rather long wait. Friendly staff.

Nice clean hotel but bathroom had no hooks for towels and there was no hot water in the shower.
