The service is unbeatable. They are very helpful and assisting. The breakfest is full of options. Our room was pretty, and they came to fix the air-conditioner quickly. The location is close to all the great night spots. The pool was extra sexy. I am extremely happy with my hotel selection.

Friendly employees, rooms smaller but nice enough. Gym tiny. Many food and drink options within walking distance.

The front desk worker was very incompetent. All I wanted was to be connected to choice privileged rewards representative so I could sort out an email booking issue but the worker has no intelligence and would not help me.

Bartender and well all around staff had done a great job. Didn't know spanish yet still didn't feel like I was unwanted or awkward.

Awesome hotel with an even better receptionist. The room was small, clean and very fitting for the price. We got intentionally ignored at the breakfast by the staff, but that isn't the fault of the hostel as it is an own company.

Excellent staff and they have a real CONTINENTAL breakfast. The prices are incredible and low for such a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. If you visit Barranquilla this is the hotel you need to visit.

Rooms and service at the Radisson Diamond were spectacular. The rooms are spacial and very clean and Douglas, Jose and all the service staff had my feeling like a king with the hospitality they provided. I would highly recommend anyone stay at the Barranquilla Radisson Hotel if the need a place to stay while in town.

Hotel Service is always 5 stars . Always helpful and professional. Definitely will visit again . Building needs a little bit of renovation but still a great place for the price. Very satisfied with staff members.

Liked everything about this hotel as far as food,service, staff, room all excellent! The only negative was the WIFI was only good for checking messages. In this day that is not good.

It is in the middle of many Clinical of Barranquilla so streets are busy. The staff are friendly which makes up for that. The rooms are quiet and breakfast is typical you find in hotels . There are plenty of places to eat at in the area . Also the hotel is an easy walk to parque Venezulea. Visited the park at night was still activity and I felt safe walking around

This is simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rude staff, except for the guy that checked me in, NO hot water, no AC in the corridors, my room smelled like mold, EXTREMELY loud outside because the windows had no insulation, loud people in the halls, some strange guy banged on my door, and then called my room late at night asking about the pool, rude restaurant staff, and forget about having guests in your room, that's a big no. The bed was like sleeping on a log, and the room was the size of a large closet. No microwave in a "5 star" hotel (laughable) , the elevator was like an oven, and they don't definitely don't care to treat your guests with any kind of respect. The tv worked well, and so did the AC. The room itself was small and extremely depression. Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel
