+ grand and cleaned beds, air condition, breakfast, helpfully staff, 2 whirlpools, 24/7-reception, 5min per feet to the next mall, 20min per feet to the next busstation (berlinastur) - no english speaking staff, broken and old gym-equipments (3 of 3 devices), no possibility to regulate the air conditioner (just on and off)
