POOR SERVICE!!! We had to wait for almost 2 hours to get our meals. We struggled to find a waiter, and then we did, we were not advised of the long wait times which were excessive by any standard. None of the staff seemed to care even after repeated requests for an update. Will never go back to this place. Better value heading towards the jetty and experiencing better service from smaller establishments which are friendlier and better value.

The place was great the only issue was waving or trying to flag down a waitstaff for service. It is a great location on the shore, however it needs a little better staff continuing. The food a drinks was ok. The main thing is the view and the sea breeze that is amazing when your sitting in the sun.The bathrooms are clean, and area is constantly cleaned after usage of each customer.

No warm water in rooms, terrible WiFi, no pool

The hotel is beautiful, and the beach is clean, the food is good, the rooms need to be updated. The service was terrible, some of the employees don’t know what customer service is, very rude and terrible attitude, they treat you like if you were staying for free in their hotel. Nice location to enjoy a couple of days at the beach but terribly administrated. Very disappointed.

Food was cold and the waitress was really angry, after waiting for 1 hour for the food, the meat was so raw that u could still hear it crying of pain, the rest was cold frozen, won't come back this place is not what it was before, maybe just for drinks from now on...

Did not stay in hotel. Just beach area. 10,000 pesos person entry fee unreasonable since the prices of food and drinks are high. If you are staying in Barranquilla and want to have some beach time, it is a 20 minutes cab drive from Barranquilla.

I put a one-star for the rooms only because we didn't stay there we just stopped for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious with a wonderful view of the Caribbean.

I love it...sunsets are a must on this place.

This may be cultural preference, but I wasn't into this place. not that big. The beach isn't that pretty. And over time, it's just too much music for too long. With that said, most of the locals seem to really be enjoying themselves.

Great place to go. Had my birthday here which my girlfriend booked and it was amazing. Eating and drinking on the beach with the best service in Colombia, definitely go here at least one night.

The sun, the beach, the sand and the sea. Pradomar is the result of combining all those in one word. Add the great service and the fantastic food, to share with your best half and then life will say to you: enjoy the blessings. Paradise.

It’s hard to complain about the hidden fees when the experience is so cool. Across my 5 month stay I returned here at least 7 times. The mojarra pescado is what I always order and it never let me down. The service is not always great, sometimes you have to search all over for your server but it depends on which server you get and how busy it is. Just know that a service tip is be default included in your bill along with an additional fee. Surfing for 40,000 an hour.

can't rate the hotel didn't stay. but had lunch on the beach very tropical under palm frond umbrella with ocean breeze. oh and the food, fresh and delicious.
