Good Nando’s. Chicken always great. We shared a family platter. Lots to share. Left wit a full belly. ;-) it’s a 4 star due to the toilets being dirty.

Chicken never disappointed me, I use Nandos app to order food, it didn't take long to receive order. Restaurant always busy, staff always very friendly. Great view, next to Elliot field, highly recommended

Always a good, consistent experience at Nando’s. They have a QR code on the tables to scan, order and pay for food through your phone which makes things easier I think. Bathrooms are clean, and ample parking in the Elliot’s Field car park. The halloumi fries and the sweet potato wedges were so tasty! I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. There is a large range of condiments and Nando’s sauces to choose from, and there is also a frozen yoghurt machine (but sadly no toppings).

This Nando’s is on brand, food was good and staff were friendly. The ice cream machine gave up halfway through lunchtime and the toilets didn’t seem like they were checked regularly (the huge paper roll was just put on the side and not in the dispenser). However it was a particularly busy weekend shift with a whole birthday party booked in also. Overall, great place to stop if at the retail park.

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Food was good, hot and we didn't wait long at all. Only bit of constructive advice is that our food quality check could not have been any more than 2-3 mins after the food arrived. I don't think I had even taken a bite. It's one thing going through the motions of service but at least be sensible.

Bit of a wait for a table during peak times. Accommodated us nicely considering e had a pram. Then baby wouldn't settle. So we decided to go takeaway, then we ordered at the till and met an amazing employee, Char who went out of her way to make sure we were well catered to and expedited the whole process as she could see baby was unsettled and crying, whilst the whole restaurant was full. Massive thanks to Char - my vote for employee of the month!

First time visiting this branch, can't fault the experience. Social distancing measures well in place, full table service, staff were helpful and friendly as you'd expect. The food itself came out piping hot, great portions and generally couldn't fault it. Location is great and there's plenty of car parking as its on a retail park. Would definitely visit this branch again!

We love the place. Friendly atmosphere, always good music. Service is professional. Sometimes, you have a manager walking around the restaurant to ensure that clients are served well and welcomed. Outstanding attitude.

The chicken thighs were delicious but the butterfly chicken on the sharing platter was rock hard. We reported it to the manager, who offered to replace it, but by this time we had finished the rest of our meal and declined.

Great customer service here, the staff were really helpful when I asked about their gluten free options and they said they’d clean the area they were making mine in to avoid cross contamination 😊 Really appreciated it, would recommend 🙌🏻

Not as pricey as thought. Nice service but obviously not like a restaurant even though prices are effectively restaurant or gastro level for what's actually included. Overall experience is happy but not exceeded in any way. Head FOH she was really good and efficient.

Visited here last night, not only did their website remove my money but not place my order, and I got told by the staff I would receive a refund within 48 hours, once I’d then ordered, the service was dreadful, I had to go up and ask for a glass after my food had arrived for my refillable drink, my halloumi arrived finally after 30 minutes freezing cold and uncooked. I then had the loaded fries, which were great at the time, but me and my friend have since been awfully ill and had the exact same symptoms, since about an hour after eating the food. I would not return ever again after how sick I felt, the staff also need training on basic customer service.

Very nice location. Service not great! One of the dishes didn't come until we started to question them. Ordered a drink didn't arrive until I finished my food, once again we had to ask for it.
