Went in with my mum today & both ended up buying bracelet, absolutely amazing customer service & very polite. Helped us both find the perfect bracelet we were looking for and a perfect studs for my sister in law. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy new style jewellery.

Excellent customer service by both brothers very polite, patient, understanding and care about their customers and take the time to make sure they get what they’re after the only jewellers in Birmingham who do this especially on Stratford Road. Me and my sister bought some everyday jewellery like rings, bracelets and a necklace and got a good deal thank you so much we’ve been here twice now and will come back again.

Me and my friend went to shani jewellers, first time yesterday. She wanted to buy some gold. Firstly the shop is very nice, the interior is lovely. We loved the chandelier. I must say that the staff were very helpful and patient. There was alot of variety of gold there,from bracelets to bangles rings and necklaces and much more. The designs were very beautiful. We got a very good deal and bought 3 items. We only went in for one and ended up with three as the price was excellent. Overall Very happy with the service and staff. Definitely recommend and I'll definitely be going to get more.

Last week I visited Shani jewellers and brought a pendant and necklace from here. They gave me an amazing price, and helped me choose the right item I required. Staff members were very helpful, I will definitely return again soon.

Nice friendly staff and are fair in there prices. Exchanged some gold with them, gave me a good deal. Went back to pick my necklace up and I had a gram more of gold, they asked me to pay more on top because that was not in original deal. They still gave me a little discount. I told them I was going to leave another review but could not as I already had left one so just adding onto original.
