Everything is fine apart from the security guard who doesn't regard personal space. Always follows me and I feel like I'm targeted. Very irrespective of him, there's other ways to conduct your duty but not how its currently done. Items are also scanned wrong and the alarm is triggered as you walk out, not being your fault, the security is quick to run and embarrass you in front of many members of the public! Shameful behavior.

Often have to wait over 10 minutes in the queue, never enough staff on the tills. Please invest in some self scanners.

Store is ok but won't be going to. shop there again because you have to pay for parking with an app and the cowboys who run the parking I wouldn't trust

I went there 2 days back and ordered iced cappuccino at costa shop in asda living walsall..15 to 20 minutes later after having it I started abdominal cramps and severe abdominal pain..and after sometime diarrhea started..this never happened to me from any other Costa shop..I think there was something wrong with the milk or the ice..I still have upset stomach after 2 days..

As someone who has worked for Asda (who are a great company) the service from some of the colleagues in this store is diabolical. They need to be retrained in customer service especially the apparent SL Connor, who has no empathy nor a basic level of understanding. Ridiculous. Wont be returning, which is a shame, they are letting the brand down.

The Asda it self is great. The service however is terrible, numerous items at the incorrect price, which I know they dont have to honour by law, and if it was one item fair enough but when its a couple what exactly is the management team doing if these actions are not delegated to staff, literally waited nearly 30 mins in store at the till when i had a complaint due to no one knowing where the manager was- such a let down to the store itself when the service is that bad.

I ordered for collection and had a nice browse, always a nice selection of adult and children's clothing. As well as homewares, there's everything here

Cracking little Asda living store and nice and handy as only a short walk for me. Free cash machine just outside. Plenty of parking outside but it isn't free. I Prefer it over the main Asda store in town as that can get way too busy during the day. It has Two floors of Everything you could want for you house, entertainment, Clothing., Toiletries, books, baby items and even has a lovely decent priced cafe that does lovely food. Aisles are nice and wide so plenty of social distancing and hand sanitiser at the front door. Has escalator, stairs and lift.

Lots of choice, full of stock & sizes. Good to see changing rooms have reopened back up :) so much easier. Clean, and not that busy for a Saturday afternoon

Called in there for a dress and just checked on the off chance that they had an air fryer (oven type that are like gold dust) but obviously I hadn’t got a trolley. A very nice assistant called Amber saw me pushing it along the floor and offered to take it to the till for me - she then offered to take it to the car across the road, thank you Amber for going above and beyond, I’m really grateful (I did try to ring the store - but after offering various options they cut the call)

It's a bit like the asda supermarket, but with a difference.

Visited a couple of weeks ago to get back to school items. Our five kids were served by Michael who had the patience of a saint. Please give him some recognition for his excellent customer service. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and he was excellent with making extra effort to pass items to me while making us feel like valued customers.

Two floors full of stock. Lots of varied choice you don't get in the George section of Asda supermarkets. Nice and tidy and lots of social distancing.

It's OK! If you have the patience you can normally find some bargains and most of what you may want or need. Staff wheh I've visited appeared to be quite friendly

Clean and bright. Good selection of products and lovely staff. Really wish they'd open the self checkouts back up upstairs. They've been out of action for a while now and the queue downstairs is often long
