Seen
so
many
people
raving
about
this
place,
I've
been
meaning
to
visit
for
a
while.
Finally
got
round
to
it.
Firstly
you
see
a
lot
of
reviews
talking
about
the
interior,
but
I
actually
don't
mind
it.
It
brings
back
memories
of
how
these
places
used
to
be
before
they
took
off.
You
definitely
won't
see
young
ladies
dressing
up
and
posing
against
botanical
feature
walls
for
Instagram
in
here.
The
beer
selection
is
very
basic,
no
craft
ales,
but
again,
that
adds
to
the
nostalgic
feel
of
the
old
time
Desi
Pubs.
The
Mixi
is
what
I
was
here
for,
and
it
lived
up
to
the
hype.
The
only
thing
that
was
a
bit
iffy
was
the
masala
chips,
but
who
honestly
really
cares
about
those?
The
lamb
chops
on
the
grill
were
the
best
I've
ever
had
anywhere.
The
curry
was
flavoursome
and
looked
natural
unlike
everywhere
else
that
throws
in
red
colouring.
Portions
were
big
and
prices
were
very
reasonable.
Service
was
great.
Didn't
even
have
to
ask
for
a
menu,
was
handed
two
immediately
as
I
bought
drinks
at
the
bar.
I
would
definitely
be
a
regular
if
I
lived
closer,
and
I
look
forward
to
another
visit
soon...
