I have used this shop for nearly 30 years and can only sing their praises. From watches to jewellery and all other things in between the service received has been excellent with fantastic aftercare when the very rare problems have happened. It is how you react to a problem which proves how good you are and their level of service hits the spot every time. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been going to this shop for years, great service whenever we visit from friendly staff. Have brought a couple of watches as well as other items together with some lifetime battery replacements for 3 watches. Never a hassle to change and very efficient

We went in for wedding rings. The lady, Julie, was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us. We had ordered before lockdown, but they gave us a courtesy call when they closed for lockdown and let us know as soon as we could go back to pick the rings up. Great service both times we went in.

The teamworking in this branch is very good. Yesterday I called in to pick up a necklace that had been repaired. I had planned to leave a watch that needed a new battery with them. It was fitted while I waited. I have been going to this business for over 10 years now and highly recommend it.
