The best for any jewellery at any price. Repairs and personalised designs cannot be exceeded. I have had various pieces altered and made from ring to pendant, necklace to bracelet all of which look beautiful. The service is excellent. And you could not meet nicer owners.

I love this store! I ran across it when I was in need of having a bracelet repaired. The owners are so nice and they did a great job fixing my bracelet that had a loose clasp. I also ended up taking in a necklace that over the years, the clasp had worn down. They replaced the clasp and the work was very affordable. I've also bought myself a pair of earrings and silver hoops for my daughter. They have a wide range of jewelry for sale to fit any budget.

Kay and Adrian that own Glasstower cannot do enough for you whether repairs or helping to design and make bespoke pieces this shop is a wee gem. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their expertise is second to none. Once you find this amazing jewellers you will always return. Many thanks to Adrian & Kay for the amazing/outstanding work they did on my fiancées ring. The ring was my Grandma’s and was an unusual/unique design however it was aged & also a diamond went missing recently. Unfortunately it made my partner feel like it was incomplete. She went to Adrian & went with his recommendations on its new design & also new sapphire stones we’re added to it & the overall end results were amazing! You wouldn’t even know it was the same ring! Me and my family have been using Glasstower Jewellery for years. They are a wonderful local business; passionate, organised and produce the most gorgeous jewellery. I wanted to leave a review in particular for the amazing work they did on mine and my partners wedding rings. We travelled up from London as there's nobody else I would trust with such an important job. Our rings are high quality, well priced and super comfortable. I was so pleased that we were able to get our initials engraved on the inside as well despite me wanting a smaller band. Kay and Adrian have also helped craft my sisters and her husbands wedding rings, a bespoke piece for my Mom's birthday and countless fixes for jewellery we'd bought elsewhere. The most amazing people my engagement ring was made poorly by another jewellers and I lost two diamonds. I bought my ring to them in hope of having it fixed but instead they made a new one for me and i can honestly say it is perfect. They went above and beyond I will never go anywhere else.

This is the Best Jewellery shop ever, Adrian made a wedding band for me and adapted my future husband's mother wedding ring into a wedding band for him. Nothing was too much trouble, The rings were gorgeous. To top it all when we went to collect the wedding rings, they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. My husband took our daughter's watch strap to be adjusted and the man there did it straight away and fir free. He then looked at the wonderful range of jewellery and today purchased our daughter a beautiful matching silver necklace and earrings set which was very well priced. The man was again really pleasant and helpful. It made shopping there a real joy. We will definitely be shopping there again. Such a hidden gem on Knowle High Street. Totally recommend!👌
