We bought a diamond ring from Fraser Hart Solihull. A very pleasant experience, not just the ring but the service we received from this branch was amazing. Special mention of Tas & Mo, they were highly customer focused had a very good understanding of customers taste for jewellery. They were friendly and made the transaction comfortable for us. Big thanks to them for a lovely birthday card and sweets, good gesture from the team. Will definitely visit Tas & Mo again for future purchases from Solihull branch.

I went in, there were 4 people in there, one Touchwood guy and 3 assistants all talking. One assistant was sat down facing me. I stood with my husband showing we were interested in talking to them but were completely ignored!!! At las the Touchwood guy turned round and I said they don't want to serve me, he just stared at and so di the assitants. We left! We were going to buy some earrings bt will shop else where!!! So rude!!!

What can I say other than Mo, Denise, Taz and crew are all super stars. I recently purchased a fabulous Tudor timepiece from this store and they treated me like royalty. A pleasure from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and I already have my sights set on another luxury timepiece. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mobeen and his staff at Fraser Hart in Solihull. I purchased a new Tudor watch from them recently. I’ve bought a few watches in my time, but I have to say the level of service, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding from Mobeen and his team. They really couldn’t have done any more for me. This is how buying a nice timepiece should always be ! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent !

What an amazing service received today by Tas and co in the Solihull branch! Went to purchase a watch for my Husbands birthday, the service was outstanding, Tas knowledge about watches made it easier to find the right one. Bought a couple of watches from Fraser Hart Solihull recently and the service I received was exceptional. The store manager Mo treated myself and my wife like friends, he was never pushy or over powering, just very polite and informative. The sales team were excellent in particular James who looked after us whilst purchasing the watches. I would highly recommend this shop!

Great jeweler. Good variety. Service is really friendly instore. I did take my watch in for repair, and failed to receive a phonecall to advise that it was ready 3 weeks prior to me calling them for an update, but it was still within the 12 week period that they advised to wait.

Went in today 30/12/2022. As I finally treated myself to a Tag watch. Both the branch manager Mo & Tasneem (I hope I’ve got the names right) were superb. Both informative & very friendly. There was no pressure to buy, they just helped me by answering all my questions & let me make my own mind up. They made my time & experience of buying a top end watch very enjoyable & special. Lauren was incredibly patient with us whilst deciding what we wanted and we didn't feel under any pressure which was really nice. I came to the Solihull store and purchased a Tag Heuer watch. My intention was not to purchase a watch on the day but I was served by the assistant manager Tas who’s service was remarkable and exceeded our expectations. The service from her was 10/10. I have shopped with many competitors and Tas made me and my wife feel so welcome within the store, a very kind and attentive young lady. My wife is a hard one to please and commented how great the experience was in store when we left. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends, family and work colleagues. Today myself and my wife went to Touchwood to purchase a watch for a keepsake. We went into Fraser Hart and received excellent service and advise from Tas and Mo on the type of watches to purchase. Tas was very knowledgeable a out the watches and there functions. We purchased a gents Tag Senna watch and a Ladies Longines watch. The customer service we received from them was superb. Beth and her manager where both professional and friendly towards me. I felt very much at ease talking to them,which made my decision to purchase a Tudor Back Bay58 very easy. A 10% discount was also a good sweetner a 10% discount to boot.
