AVOID AT ALL COSTS! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!!! Bought jewellery from them, they charged me the double the price of the gold!! When you ask them the price they point to the wall, where they have written the gold rates, they confuse decent people with random sums on the calculator to justify their price. If you ask them to explain they get frustrated. The staff is rude and arrogant. I would give them zero starts but can't. AVOID unless you want to pay them double of what the gold is worth.

He charged me a random extortionate cancellation fee. No other jeweller that I know of has done this.He was rude and wouldn’t listen when I asked him to take a reasonable fee. I asked him to put a notice up to warn other customers and he still hasn’t, to me this proves his premeditated dishonesty

charges £700 premium tax for no reason and do not accept card payements. Tax thief. No wonder they were forced to pay 10k in fines in 2015 for mixing artificial silver and gold.

Old lady has no customer service skills at all sitting there looking depressed. Guy in the shirt thinks he’s working in Harrods they have no customer service and communication skills. Someone needs to report them, they told me “ if I wanted gold to pay in cash, as they won’t charge VAT”. Someone needs to report them to HMRC!!

I got Jumka earrings for £840 which should have been for less.There Jewellery is too expensive compared to other Jewellery shops. I went to another Jewellery shop they have similar earrings and the same grams for £530. I got ripped off, Please be aware of them !

Beautiful designs, been buying jewellery with them for 15 + years but sadly worsening customer service ever, can't get myself to go there again. They have no patience, hopefully when they see this review they realise that something needs to change.

I have been to yousaf jewellers today and the customer service is second to none as usual. We have been using this jewellers for 3 generations and will continue to do so. My sisters are married outside of Birmingham and they still come here to buy their jewellery. Many intricate and specialised pieces including bespoke designs. Please do not be put off by any negative reviews. They are very honest, hard working genuine jewellers that are totally trustworthy and reliable.

Purchased a full set but they kept adding extra payments onto it and blamed it on tax or the gold price going up, when the exact same set much less in another local jewellers. Avoid at all costs

I got my wedding jewellery from there all my family wedding jewellery is from this place but I don't like the customer service at all especially the old man . And they take ages to make the jewellery
