I took my Jaguar S Type to Prospect's after another garage couldn't repair my parking aids. I didn't hold out much hope after the first garage couldn't find the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when they found the problem straightaway. I was so pleased I asked them to do a service while the car was with them. Andy and the team are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I paid a great price and came away very happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have now used Prospect Solihull, for the servicing of my Mercedes, for seven years and have never had an issue. This year, just a week ago, was slightly different, in that I took up their offer of having my car collected and delivered back to me in Leamington Spa, at NO additional cost to me. Keeping it brief, my car was collected, serviced, plus a couple of additional items carried out and my car delivered back to my driveway. When collected, my car was covered in Sahara sand, from the recent strong winds, it was delivered back absolutely spotless ! The additional items had been carried out as requested and all of this at no extra cost to me. From booking my car in for its service to having it delivered back to me, I can not express my pleasure in the totally professional manner in which I was treated. Every person I encountered is an absolute credit to your business, and I should include those that carried out the work, who on this occasion, I did not meet. Prior to using Prospect Solihull, I had used main dealers, however, after a bit of internet searching, I came across Prospect Solihull and gave them a go, and seven years later, I am still using them. Not only do they charge considerably less than main dealers, I genuinely feel I get a superior service. Leamington to Solihull has been a bit of a pain in the past, but taking advantage of their collection service has now removed that issue. These guys and gals are seriously a cut above the rest and I can not recommend them enough - thank you so much Prospect Solihull !!

Such a friendly company to deal with over the phone and in person. Clean and organised workshop. Had all genuine brake pads and discs incl sensors changed on my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLS, price was definitely better than dealer as expected. Work carried out just as good as the dealer if not better. Even washed my car with actual care not like the dealers in and out special. Lovely to see a “specialist” that actually is a specialist and care about what they do! Well done to you all and a massive thank you from me and my car! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Only dropped in to book a service, mentioned I had engine management light showing, they were very helpful cleared the fault which was a turbo over boost, this error wouldn't allow car to run a dpf regeneration all good at the moment.

Took my Range Rover here with a few fault codes which my local garage couldn't fix . great service nice people they found the problem straight away. highly recommend them

I have been looking for an honest garage for years, and finally found one. I took my 2005 S-Type Sport along that nobody could put right. Within 20 minutes they found the problem and put it right. I also found them to be polite and professional. Thanks for looking after me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
