Rouf Jewellers have excellent staff. They are very welcoming, caring, patient, polite and respectable Masha Allah. The staff are working hard to please customers, and they are very knowlegable about their product. The show room is clean when ever I visit. They gave me a great price on my old gold, and they were very honest and reliable. I would 100% recommended Rouf Jeweller!

Took the risk as original jewellers we normally go to didn’t have what I was looking for however coming Rouf Jewellers for the first time we were not disappointed! The choices for what we were looking for (gold ring) was plenty and the professional guidance was first class too! I’ve never felt so valued as a customer and my needs were prioritised first. As well as finding what I was looking for we were also given taught the background of their shop history and products as well as loosening jewellery we hadn’t even bought from there. Their honesty and respectful nature has ensured we will go back there again and as such they have loyal customers due to the excellent customer service.

My Experience at Rouf Jewellers was exquisite!! I honestly can’t recommend any other jewellers, I have been searching recklessly to find the perfect necklace for my mother and I went to so many places to find it and had no luck I went into rouf’s place looked so nice and the atmosphere was something else! So clean and tidy too I felt so welcomed and don’t get me started on the service absolutely professional and such a friendly approach, I explained my situation and they took the time out to help me and find the necklace and had it pre ordered after all the hassle I went through going to rouf’s literally made my day and I can’t be thankful enough PLEASE GO THERE THEY ACTUALLY WILL PUT IN THE HARD WORK FOR YOU!! Excellent customer service experience whilst purchasing a gold ring. Great selection with nice intricate designs. Also, a lot more reasonable in comparison to other jewellers in the area. These people are complete scammers I traded in my daughters baby bangles to get some bigger ones for her I ended up getting a pair with some small balls attached my daughter wore them for a few days and the balls started moving around we went back to the shop and he said I will fix it but I refused and wanted an exchange he finally agreed to an exchange so I took another single bangle but paid the same polish and make charges so paid 290 for one bangle and his explanation was it was from.abroad. the next day that bangle broke he excused us of breaking it snapping it and that he wud not fix it when I questioned him about the polish and make for one bangle he refused and said I cannot help u with this anymore he then ignored me and carried on with other customers. Felt so embarrassed and humiliated I walked out the shop BIGGEST CONNERS EVER avoid going there.he took extra gold off me and made me pay 290 for one gold bangle polish. talk about deen and islam u can con us but not allah on judgement day. If i could review as a ZERO I would. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SHOP.

i came a few weeks ago, my nose stud was missing so i came to buy a gold hoop. he charged me £30 for a hoop that has already started to go black and rust. i feel so disappointed, it’s caused my nose piercing to go so infected☹️☹️

We went to several shops on Stratford and Ladypool Road trying to find someone to make a custom bridal order. This brother was by far the most accommodating, polite and genuine person we spoke to. We came from Leicester to order an Arabic name pendant and chain, we were told it would take 3-4 weeks, however, I told the brothers we needed it ready before a certain date, and with their best efforts it was ready in 2 weeks. I’m very pleased with the polite and accommodating customer service, and the product was delivered on time and to a high standard. I will definitely be coming back myself; a well worth journey done! I would recommend this place to others too!
