Hassle free booking and everything was on time as planned. We did the 5 island speed boat tour with blue cave which was real fun. Speed boat is like a rollercoaster, going at speeds of 70km/h but does get uncomfortable after a while but that's expected as there are waves. Unfortunately we didn't get to go to the blue cave due to weather (appears to be a common issue) however we still had a good day, with our skippers Pupe and Sunny doing the best job to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

We had A LOT of fun. Sara and Ivan were the best they are so fun and friendly. I definitely recommend going to blue cave and Hvar with Zen Travel Croatia. Cant wait to be there again.

This company promises a lot but gives almost nothing in return. In fact, me and my wife had high expectations, but most of the designated services/attractions are nonexistent. I feel robbed.

Doing a full day trip was a highlight of our vacation. With limited time we weren’t able to do island hopping on our own so we booked a blue cave and 5 islands tour. Magnificent experience through the whole day and this is a really good bang for a buck.

Great service upfront, but not so much once you’ve paid! To be fair, when we booked for the wrong date, Zen Travel corrected the booking at no additional charge. However, on the day, we did not get the tour that we paid for. We booked for the Blue Cave and Five Islands tour, for 3 August 2023. On the day, weather conditions made it impossible to visit the Blue Cave. According to Zen Travel’s T&Cs, we should have been notified at least a day in advance and given the option of a refund of the deposit or to reschedule. Instead, we were told that the Blue Cave was closed only after we had paid the full price (which includes the cost of the Blue Cave tickets) and were already on the boat. None of the options mentioned on the company’s website as an alternative to the Blue Cave (sunken ships, a WWII bomber plane and Mamma Mia locations on Vis island, and a monk seal cave) were included in our tour. Furthermore, the itinerary differed considerably from the rest of Five Islands description. We made only four stops and instead of seeing the various natural landscapes of the advertised itinerary (which is why we booked that particular tour), we spent well over half of the land-based time in island towns (one of which was entirely lacking in interest). When we contacted Zen Travel to request a refund of the cost of the Blue Cave (which was part of the price that we paid, but not then disbursed for Blue Cave tickets), they simply ignored our emails. Clearly, once you’ve paid up, this company will take you on a tour that suits them and is happy to pocket funds intended for Blue Cave entrance fees at tourists’ expense. (PS This is not a fake review by Yuriy Boyarskyy. I am a real person and native English speaker.)

Split has plenty of reputable and we'll reviewed tour companies. Just book with one of them. We booked the blue cave and 5 island tour with Zen travel and we didn't go on the tour in the end. We arrived at the meeting spot that they sent us via email (they included a Google maps link). We met two other guys there who had arrived even earlier than us. No one from Zen travel came to meet us and eventually we had to walk into another tour operator and inquire about Zen and their reliability. One of the workers there called someone from Zen and eventually someone came to meet us (30 mins after the stated time). The email told us that cash or card was accepted to pay the remainder of the fee but the guy who arrived told us cash only. He also didn't know which boat we were taking. The captain of the boat that eventually arrived told us to hurry on over to the ATM (even though they were the ones who were late). When we decided not to do the tour out of distaste for the poor organization, attitude of the workers and not wanting to use an ATM. The guy then pulled a card terminal out of his bag and said he'd take card. We were told from the other your operator that Zen had sold all their boats last year. They've probably sold their website and what not to someone who is using their own boat for a quick cash grab. Trip advisor reviews are similar to mine. Just book elsewhere and save yourself the disappoinment .

Blue cave (5 islands) tour totally recommended! Special thanks to Ante, who helped us with the tickets (I didn't receive them on my email but Ante helped me with everything within less than an hour, once again many thanks!).

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! NOT LEGIT Me and my buddies booked this trip and in the day of the trip they said there was a bad weather and that we could refund the tickets. So we did, we had our day ruined, had to do a whole another program for the day and the WORST part is that they didn't refund our tickets and never answered our e-mails or phone calls. We opened a dispute with PayPal so we were lucky but they should be tooked down. 1/5 - A FRAUD!

Pathetic service. Did not email booking confirmation. Never communicated. Then canceled us and flogged our group to competitors Toto! Never told us anything.. We basically had to ask around and got lucky to find the Right guy from Toto. Toto review: No snorkle or fins provided. Just basic mask. Useless to snorkel... Boat was much fun and the drivers very nice. Blue lagon was overrated and super busy. Its nothing special. The aerial pics give a distorted impression. The place is so busy, the sea life is suffering from it. Very little to look at when snorkeling.

Palmizana is once-in-a-lifetime experience Palmizana beach as well as the entire Paklinski Islands are a location to remember for years to come. The scenery is absolutely amazing. In fact, while we were flying towards Split we actually saw them through the window and couldn’t believe their beauty. From that moment we knew we just had to visit them. Luckily, we found ZenTravel on our second day in Split. On the third day we were already touring on their brand new boats. The cabin crew is nothing but polite and professional, they made our experience that much better. Overall, it was definitely a trip to remember…

Didn't get to see the blue cave due to weather but we still had an amazing time. The speed boat was awesome and fun. Be prepared to get a bit wet and a bit sore the next day. Go through alot of bumps on the water but 100000% worth it.

We did a speed boat tour from Split. It was a 5 island tour including Hvar. Petra and Dino were great! They may remember us as the crazy 12 Indians who played music and were loud all day. Both Petra and Dino were Very friendly and fun for the whole day.

You get to see really beautiful places and enjoy the best of the Dalmatian islands. Blue cave is far away from Split but you get there within an hour and the ride is fun. It’s beautiful scenery on the way to the Blue Cave Croatia, you pass by many islands and it’s not that hot in the morning so the ride to the destination is nice.

The blue cave tour is so much fun in one day! Dolphins on our way to blue cave, a donkey on the beach of the blue lagoon, multiple swimming and snorkeling spots, great food and wine on Hvar, and few cocktails in the meantime...what’s more to ask! Do yourself a favor and book a tour.

Amazing would be an understatement when it comes to the beauty of the Croatian islands. Huge thanks to Zentravel especially Tea (our host and tour guide) and Dino (our super cool boat captain). My friends and I took the blue cave and 5 islands day tour and were completely mesmerized by the immense well preserved beauty of it all. The blue cave especially is a phenomenon that everyone needs to see! Had ample amounts of time to explore every location, great food, great people. Amazing crew from zentravel, in all one hell of a memorable trip!! Thank you guys....much love from India ❤️

We did a blue cave and five island tour, and Plitvice lakes tour with Zen travel. They were very informative about trips, agents in the agency spoke great English and they were very welcoming. We even got souvenirs for free. Both trips were fantastic and they worth every single cent. If u find yourself in Split for a couple of days I highly recommend doing any of these tours and especially if it's organized by Zen.

My mom and I took the Blue Cave/5 island tour with Petra and Dino and we had a great time! We got to see so much in such a short time, the boat was nice and everything went smoothly. The amount of time for each stop was perfect and I highly recommend this to anyone in Split for a few days.

Our blue cave tour was a bit bumpy because of the waves but experienced skipper even made that fun. I was a little concerned that my kids would be afraid but they loved it. They keep on asking me when we will do it again! Overall this tour is well organized, they take care of every single detail and they really make you feel welcomed on the boat. If you need extra time for food or a little bit more snorkeling..no problem, they accommodate any requests. Great service guys!
