    Worst landlord ever. I have been harassed by a neighbor and reported this as this neighbor has an outbreak every two years. They only save events for 1 year. I am forced to live across the street from this sick person when all I can do is throw a police report in my face. I've done it a few times and it shuts down. I think it feels better to communicate via Facebook as I don't get a very good response via phone contact and email contact doesn't work and you don't get a response there. Now they have frozen me out of being able to communicate via Facebook. They have blocked me because they are afraid of criticism. I think it's bullying as I depend on getting in touch via Facebook. Is that what you do when we tenants complain about another? A person who harasses. And it is not possible to report to the police when it is shut down. I hope I can get the apartment some distance away. Unfortunately, it is only a disadvantage, unfortunately you are the landlord there as well. I should avoid double rent and also a discount on the inspection because of this, I already know that it will happen as I can't afford wallpaper and I don't want to have Anders at home who is the landlord or whatever it is called because he lies about everything.

    Would not recommend Familjebostädden to anyone else. They have low maintenance and you can fix most things yourself. Very little and bad service towards the tenants. Dissatisfied with family housing, but was fine in my apartment after I renovated it myself...

    Warning for Family homes. In 2021, they rented a 4a in Tallkrogen (without viewing due to the pandemic) to us which we could not live in due to mold and water damage. We were cheated on our queue time of 13 years and they refuse mediation in the Rent Board. We have also received extremely unpleasant treatment and were not offered an evacuation apartment during the renovation, which took 8 months. We had to move back to our old host who stepped up and helped us (because the whole family got sick from the mold). Had it worked, we would have given 0 stars.

    Familjebostäder left a substandard apartment (remodeled premises) in Stureby to Bostadsförmedlingen. Two types of pests one of which eats textiles, freezing damp and smelled bad. Lost 9 years in the housing queue and trust in the public utility. No one cared about me as a tenant but the manager urged me to try to break the contract which would have made me homeless. 9 years was too short a time to help me in other ways, he thought. Now I am living out the notice period at the old address and am trying to get help from the Environment Agency and the Tenants' Association. Familjebostäder's way of managing apartments and tenants is under all criticism. And submitting uninhabitable apartments to the housing agency is incomprehensible. Had to nag for two weeks to speak to the responsible manager. He took this as lightly as the steward. I urge everyone who has experienced this to tip Hem & rent, Mitti, write to someone on Familjebostäder's board and complain to Bostadsförmedlingen. If there are many of us, there can be more attention to what they are doing. And replace these managers and managers. After a lot of work, I got a real apartment.

    Extremely bad at informing what is happening in the property. For example, today we are without water without knowing it, "you notice anyway" previously we have been without hot water for about 1 week. And in the middle of the Christmas/New Year's rush, we have been without a lift in a 6-storey building. ALL THIS without storage!

    BEST RENTAL VALUE in Stockholm! Have experience with several landlords, but Familjebostäder is the BEST LANDLORD! Wish I could get hold of an apartment with Familjebostäder as landlord! Highly recommend! 💛💛💛💛🤍

    Just renting a parking space is complicated with family homes. They charge a lot of rent for it and there is no information to be found about anything and customer service is under all criticism... Now we have to go and try to get hold of a key (there was no information at all about this, where or how to get hold of this where you signed the agreement for the parking space) to the gated parking we already pay for. This is not even picked up near the car park but at their main office furthest from the car park. Smart. Here you get another rating with 1 star, which you seem to strive to get. Congratulations. Update: Got help from another customer service person today, she was happy, understanding and very helpful. I think this will finally be resolved. She raises the rating to a 3, the rest of the service was not very good unfortunately.
