Above average tastes with generous portions, this place serves different dishes than the other Vietnamese places in Stockholm. The highlight of the dinner was the deep fried spring rolls. Very thin and crispy wrap with a flavorful mixture of fillings. The shrimps’ umami had reached every corner of the spring roll, and the texture of different proteins combined perfectly. The other dishes we ordered were good as well, but not impressive.

So, coming from Australia where Asian and Asian fusion is far more common than Europe, Cong was a fantastic and unexpected reminder of home and Asia itself. We ordered the crispy duck pancakes, spring rolls, tofu stick, chicken wings and the crispy prawns. Don’t judge us for all the fried food thanks… It’s rare for every dish to be both crispy and well balanced in terms of flavour and spice. Our favourite were the prawns but honestly it was all great. We will return. Service was great, the staff were chatty and helped us with the order. I’ll be interested to try the viet burger in the future but it looks quite large so if you’d just like a taste cut it in half and share it. Nice beer and a German Riesling to wash it all down. Also a great vibe. It’s walk ins only but you can leave your phone number and head to a pub down the road. PS. Cong, if you read this would you consider adding only one dish to your menu. Something akin to a spicy tuna tartar, maybe a yuzu/ponzu/sesame dressing and small prawn crackers on the side? Could be pre prepared and obviously served cold. I think it would compliment your menu really well and wouldn’t add much time/stress/effort. Sincerely, a big fan xoxo

Simple and excellent food and drinks. Basic comfort food ”tapas” with vietnamese touch, and light, refreshing cocktails with suitably exotic taste. Great staff. Awful acoustics, the room is built like an echo chamber with zero furnishing. More suited to grabbing a quick snack than a social dinner.

Awesome dinner here. The duck was fantastic. The owners and the people working here were all lovely, and it’s a great vibe. Definitely visit if you are in the area.

Vietnamese inspired small plates. Tasty food, great atmosphere and vibe, and excellent service. But definitely on the pricey side, so not the place to go for a quick cheap meal. Perfect for a date night or a small group of friends. Not great for large groups as the dining room is small.

Stoped by for a small bite and a drink. Could have stayed there all night. Great, friendly and helpful service (maybe owner?). Food was spectacular - went with crispy duck pancakes (dream worthy), fresh and fried spring rolls. I believe the fresh has a slightly curried chicken, not sure, but yummy and unique. Definitely stop by for a visit. Looks like cocktails are good based on prep of station.

I've been here a few times for their dinner service and the food is consistently good! Amazing flavours and wonderful interpretation of modern Vietnamese cuisine. Everyone I had tipped about this place enjoyed it as much as I did. The deco of this place is such a vibe. It's definitely one of my favourite eats in the city.

I think it is a great sign that the place is good when you are already planning what you will eat next time you visit the restaurant. The food was incredible and super flavorful. The duck pancake was one of the best thing I've ever eaten and the tofu&aubergine was to die for. Do not skip on the homemade lemonade, it is great to freshen your palate while you eat the best food ever. The place was also very cool inside, and it felt fancy enough for a special dinner but the personal made us feel super welcome and comfortable. We will definitely come back, and I recommend it to everyone that loves food!!

Nice vibe, amazing music and cocktails. Refreshing flavours that brings exciting novelty to the bar scene in Stockholm. Great small dishes with the drinks - we had the calamares, prawns, chicken and tofu. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and unlike many bars in town, they're not pretentious at all. Definitely a new favourite spot!

This was incredible food and it just kept on coming! The most welcoming chef, and seriously good drinks. Both good for vegans/ vegetarians and meat eaters! Definitely recommend this place!

Good friendly service. Exciting environment, clean and spacious. Excellent timing on the food. Tasty flavour in every dish. Freshly prepared and served piping hot. Loved the collection of bearbrick 1000% figures, shows real belief in the restaurant if you're going to invest like this. Keep up the good work and we will be back with friends!

Absolutely eat here!! Completely lived up to all the hype! We had the spring rolls and veggies fried rice, and it was amazing! If you want a cocktail, just ask because they aren't on the menu.

The food was absolutely delicious!! I wasn't expecting to like the summer rolls as I have tried them before (from a different restaurant) but they were my favorite! Our waitress was extremely helpful with navigating my gluten and dairy allergies and what sauces I could use. The atmosphere was really cute and I am very happy we ended up here for dinner. :)

found this restaurant in the old town of Stockholm this afternoon. It was amazing that each dish we ordered is in a good portion for 2 people to share, and they are all very delicious. We ordered 6 dishes but only took photos for the first 3 dishes, and finished the rest as soon as they were served in our table. I highly recommend local people or visitors to give a try this amazing Vietnamese Creative street food. You surly won’t be disappointed.

Great Vietnamese place, family owned restaurant in the Old Town of Stockholm. We have had summer rolls for starter and shared two mains, chicken burger and beef rice noodles, all were great. The ambience is cozy but moreover the hospitality was one of the best I came across in Stockholm. I would like to definitely go back to try the other menu items in the menu.

Even though this place is small in size, the atmosphere is very upbeat. Perfect for a meal as two or a meal as a group. There are plenty of choices on the menu for a tapas share style but also mains to satisfy a big hunger. The food is amazing, and i highly recommend at least getting one plate of crispy chicken for yourself as it is as close you can get to melting in your seat from the amazing taste and texture it offers. It's so good that i forgot to take a photo before devouring it 😅However, the Mama Vu's fried rice is pictured, and it also earns a high rating 👍 A place to visit and thoroughly enjoy your meal 👍

One of the best low-key restaurant experiences you can find anywhere, right in the heart of Stockholm's old town. Small plate dishes well-priced, bursting with authentic flavor. Cocktails are as good as the food, and it is a family-run business with superb service. Do not miss this place on your visit to Stockholm.

This is a hidden gem. Wonderful flavors and a break from meatballs and mash potatoes. Eaten here four times during my stay. Lunch is a simple meat or vegetarian option and during the evening hours turns into a hip place to have delicious craft cocktails and small plates with big flavor. Highly recommend!

We had a delicious lunch here on our last day in Stockholm! They had two menu options: a grilled chicken dish and an eggplant tofu dish. We both ordered the chicken but I wish I also could have ordered the eggplant. Very reasonably priced and well designed, comfortable interior. The staff were also very friendly and provided fast service. Would love to visit again.

The cozy atmosphere and the hospitality of the owner will immediately make you feel at home. The menu is small, but there is something on there for everyone. Every choice on the menu is a good one, and the owner will gladly give you advice if you don’t know what to order. The food was delicious: no abundance of flavours, just perfect simplicity.

Everything from the food to the service to the overall vibe of the place is just *chef kisses* Having eaten here countless times, I have to say that the food is crazy good. The entire menu is super delicious and also offers yummy vegetarian options. A few of my favorite dishes are the Crispy duck pancakes, Viet-style chicken burger, and Salt toasted prawns. The Vietnamese coffee is also super nice, especially considering that I usually don't drink coffee. Whether I have eaten here alone or with friends, I have always had an amazing dining experience, which has been further elevated thanks to the attentive and hospitable staff.
