Best gym concept I've come across with a new workout starting every 10 minutes. So easy to just jump in and drive. Superb trainers who are on every session. Good location in the Rådmansgatan subway.

Awesome staff! They focus on you and make sure you are in good hands. They are talented and super friendly. All the staff I have met have been 10/10 from Micke, Jenny and Jesper etc. Fresh premises and perfect location. I'm a regular now :)

Absolutely incomparable training place. Made very big progress in a short time. This partly depends on the session's layout, but also the professional trainers who are with you throughout the session. The daylight lamps help with vitamin D intake. However, the biggest asset is the staff, thank you very much for both pleasant treatment and encouragement

Best gym in sthlm to get results without having to think up a workout yourself, or spend a lot on your own PT. The leaders are incredibly inspiring to give that little bit extra! Highly recommended!

Very effective training in 40 min. Perfect with training that starts every 10 minutes, this way you can get training in during the day regardless of whether meetings drag on etc. Nice and very personal place where you train at the level you can handle.
