Staff and doctors polite.

Met an arrogant doctor who just sat and laughed at me problem. Now I have changed to another GP, there I got help straight away. Want to warn everyone about this reception.

A few years ago there were listening and interested doctors, but now it really is a disaster. Never been treated so disrespectfully. Will never go there again.

Was there with my child! Met the most unprofessional and rude doctor ever. Angry, arrogant and unpedagogical towards children. Refused to do a good examination and give a correct answer regarding treatment. Didn't want to listen. Worst I've been a part of! It was also confirmed when we were at the emergency room later that day that the doctor at the VC failed in his examination. Change healthcare center now and do not recommend families with children to go there.

Awful experience with male doctor at Kungsholmens Husläkarmottagning. All visit was max10 min including investigation. He didn’t explain anything (still don’t know what is a diagnosis). I would prefer to know what is he suspecting and what is he planning to treat. Right now it looks like we are treating symptoms with out knowing the reason. He doesn’t like to get questions. Very rude. Instead of getting medical help, I got stress. Unfortunately because of all this have doubts to trust his judgment and treatment.

My first and last visit! 🙂 Got advice from the doctor I saw to buy vitamin C & D and something for the stomach (?) to work up the immune system. Had to take me to the emergency room the next day where pneumonia was diagnosed 👍🏼

The GP practice in Kungsholmen has become so bad in recent years. Doctors don't care, don't give feedback, don't call on appointments. You get a new doctor every time. Nurses also do not call at booked times. One of the female timers is downright unpleasant every time you call (I call about 2-3 times a year).

Terrible square treatment. Wanted to make an appointment at the emergency room because of a sore throat (works with children). Didn't get an appointment but was referred to take a covid test. Called another VC and got an appointment right away.

I can see that Kungsholmen's GP practice has received a lot of bad reviews, so I add a small counterweight here. On the whole, I am completely satisfied with both the treatment and handling at the reception. It has also been a bit careless at times, but it is insignificant. But a big compliment to Kavita who works at the reception and is a sample taker etc. She is a rock! She is on top of everything, never unprofessional no matter how stressful, an asset to the reception!
