The 2-hour boat ride to the island of Sandhamn was very nice. I hope to travel again to Sweden's Archipelago using this same company. The staff was very friendly, professional and safety-conscious. The meals we purchased were delicious and freshly prepared.

Unpleasant experience when returning from Sandhamn. They announced that in addition to the main boat which had to make several stops until Stockholm, there was a second boat available to take us directly to Stockoholm (with no stops). However they forgot to mention that this second boat is much slower and arrives later that the main one (with more than 15 min) therefore we missed our train.

If you have the possibility to travel with another company, like Waxholmsbolaget, then do so. Me and my friend sat at the back of the boat when the captain announced that the next stop was Södra Grinda. We then walked to the front of the boat and down one stair to pick up our luggage. We were quick and not disabled. When we came back up literally 3 minutes from the announcement the boat was already on the way to the next stop (but just 10 meters from the pier). We asked to be let off but got the information from the captain that this is not a playground and that we need to take another boat (with another company and new ticket) back to the island we wanted to get off at. When we talked to the captain he said that we should know when the arrival time is and that if we didn't shut up then we should get ouf of his cabin. We asked why he couldn't announce the next stop a bit earlier, but that is apparently to much service to ask for. The other passengers couldn't believe their eyes and one of them said that she had travelled with the cinderella boats for 15 years and this was the worst they have seen in that entire time. Is there a balance to make between following a time schedule but also being service minded? Not at the cinderella boats. I asked to speak to the captains manager but he told us that he owns the company. Bear in mind that the tickets for the cinderella boats are significantly more expensive than waxholmsbolagets, yes the boats gets you out in the archipelago faster but don't expect any kind of service.

Took the boat from Stockholm to Gällnö. Boat filled with people carrying inflatable canoe packs, large dogs etc. Some ended up sitting on the steps obstructing access. Old boat, poor condition. Tried to buy a coffee - took forever. One young lad doing everything and the coffee maker and kettle couldn't be used simultaneously without blowing a fuse. Return trip, larger boat but overfilled. Our group of four was split around the boat. Final straw, my small bag was poking out into the isle as I was sharing a table with three women with their own bags. A young woman from the company barked "under bordet" (under the table) at me three times. No please, no explaination. Even ignoring the rudeness, after the conditions on the way over that was an outrageous and impolite approach. Nasty.

The most disorganized and inefficient boarding/ticket sales I have experienced. And no effort from the staff to organize how people sit. A lot of single places empty while groups of more people had to stand.

Very nice experience to Sandhamm in the Cinderella Boats. The boats start from platform 14 at Strandvagen . ( It is important to check the schedule for the platform)

The journey from Stockholm out to the island of Sandön was fine. But the return journey was spoilt by a complete lack of organisation for the queueing. We arrived at the harbour, Sandhamn, just over one hour before the departure time. With no visible signs for where to wait, we joined a group of fellow travellers on the quayside. Over the next hour, our numbers increased and the queue degraded into an unorganised mess. When the ferry arrived, the crew did nothing to help. So instead of boarding the boat in the order we arrived at the quayside, it turned into survival of the fittest. Not recommended for the elderly, infirm or families with young children.

Far too crowded, no seats for everyone, cheap boat, 1 toilet.

This was an easy access boat trip. You can buy tickets at entry (unless sold out prior, I presume). We only went to Vaxholm but you can take it all the way to Sandhamn if needed. The onboard experience was very pleasant - I'd recommend this as an archipelago option.

A nightmare experience sitting on the floor for two hours. Queing for the boat for an hour and boat arriving late, people skipping the queue and having to sit with strangers. No physical distancing observed and there’s not even the chance to do that. Wouldn’t go again if I had known what a chaos this is.

Booked ticket the day before. Arrived at the boat, no seat during a two hours trip. A woman was commenting but I didn't understand anything as there was no baffle where I was. It was a sunny day. Maybe the boat is designed for cold weather because most of it is closed with roof and windows. Disappointed.

They have to learn how to organize queues. Otherwise people who waited 30 mins for their ferry will never go in. Because some other people need to in more than others. "Thank you", actually NOT.

Very dissapointed! The boat was 1.5h late and when it finally arrived, there was nowhere to sit. The tickets for the Cinderella boats are significantly more expensive than Waxholmbolaget and definitely less reliable. I would not recommend it.

Booked a trip to Sandhamn on the website, showed up at the Cinderella Terminal 30min before departure. I was happy to find one queue for pre-booked tickets and one for Drop-on. The sailing takes apprx 2,5 hours. Returning from Sandhamn was a nightmare. No clear indication to where one should start queueing so everyone is huddled together in a mosh-pit. When the ship arrived, everyone pushed to get on, but a member of the crew started critizing people for not forming a queue. Go figure! I give the trip from Stockholm to Sandhamn 5⭐️ and the return 1⭐️
