I got a bracelet from my daughters for Father's Day. The string snapped 6 months later when I was putting it on after a shower. When I went back to ask them to repair it, they wouldn't help me since I didn't have a receipt. It's a very unique bracelet and they have a exact replica in the windows - so where else could I have gotten it? Ridiculous policy and not customer friendly at all. Horrible customer service. Keep away!

Nice jewellery, good end helpful service. However prices can sometimes be on an expensive side.
