Very friendly staff, newer workout room w/towel service, Large locker rooms with lots of showers and stalls, very clean, well maintained, day care staff very energetic, donation coffee in lobby, limited snack and drink selection available for purchase on grounds. They have a waiting area with TV, books and pool table. Large baby pool and good size pool w/seating area for non-swimmers pool side (except while high school swim team is there practicing), Large entry stairs into pool (makes it and easy in and easy out), nice size outdoor patio area for sun bathing w/several patio tables. Reasonable class rates and $10 fitness class charge per day for walk in's. And reasonable payment plan with a checking account. Set backs: NO hot tub, NO sauna, Limited family locker rooms..

I have been a member of the YMCA for the majority of my life and value the morals and mission this organization upholds. However, I am very disappointed with my experiences at this facility. As a paying customer of the Orrville YMCA I have on multiple occasions been misinformed and kicked out of the facility due to discrepancies between hours of operation listed online and supposed hours of operation once at the facility. Now that it is after Memorial Day other natatoriums/pools are open and I would highly recommend utilizing these other facilities for accurate hours. I would also recommend using other weight lifting facilities as equipment is aged and has not been updated. A suggestion to the Orrville YMCA: update your website with correct information and make sure workers are informed of these working hours. Sincerely, A Disappointed YMCA Member.

A very nice YMCA. I haven't been to the gym since before they expanded, but it was a decent place to work out then. Plenty of free weights and machines for range of workouts. Probably even better now with more space. The pool is nice too for lap swimming and such.

The before/after school daycare program is terrible. My kids can do nothing right there, my youngest is 7 while he's day at the front desk for punishment for the whole world to see...the 5 yro boy gets to walk around the actual classroom amongst the other kids who did the same thing wrong. It's always something, and I can't wait to get my kids out of there.

I really enjoy working out there. Everyone is nice and helpful.

It has to be the most friendliest, cleanest and many different ways to use the facility. I've been the other YMCAs and never seen such a CLEAN FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.
