Delicious. I ordered take out and what a surprise. Presentation was fantastic. Big portions. Great prices. This is def worth it! If you haven't tried it, this is a must. There's a ton of sushi options! Update- came for lunch. Ate inside and it was the cutest little restaurant. The staff was friendly. Food was tasty and fresh. Fantastic presentation! Had a great exp and will def be coming back!

Great start so far. This was my second time back since they opened. I got the same thing both times to judge if it was consistent. I am happy to say that both times I was thoroughly pleased with the quality and taste. The price is right along the average compared with other sushi joints. The sushi was well seasoned, the fish tasted correct, and the size was good. The salad with ginger dressing was average. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the sushi & crab Rangoon & both were Delicious. I will definitely go back. The decor is very warm even if it's a bit small. Take out seems quite popular for Ichiban because there were a lot of pick ups while my friends & I dined in for 3 hours. We were chatting, not there that long because of poor service.

Okay so here is my review after taking my time here eating inside. First thing first, it was freezing inside when I visited. Okay I ordered the mango avocado roll and steak and chicken hibachi with salad. -The salad: a basic lettuce only salad with the yummy dressing it comes with -Mano avocado roll: I could not taste the mango in the roll. I honestly had better roll at giant eagle -chicken: tasted a little salty for me but cooked perfectly -steak:cooked very well but wasn’t steak from longhorn -Noodle and vegetables: delicious! I loved the sauce that all this was cooked in. Nice portions of food. BUT I did get sick after eating here and had to rush home to use the bathroom. The employees were also nice (5+ stars) Clean inside

Our food was flavorful, and the amount served was bountiful. Hot tea was wonderful. You can smell the jasmine. The meal was well priced as well. Unfortunately, the server, a young man, was not hospitable and forgot our fried rice. The other server, the lady, was nice and attentive. The bathroom was clean.

i got the shrimp tempura roll and oh my god it was so good! best sushi i’ve had since moving to kent! everything was perfect so one thing wasn’t overwhelming the other flavors!

Had the salmon teriyaki bento box and it was fantastic!! Their clear soup was also amazing. Everyone in my lunch party loved what they had to eat - I don’t think there’s anything that’s not good here! Will definitely be a new favorite spot to eat for me. 😊

Finally tried Ichiban Sushi and we were pleasantly surprised with the food and prices. Our only slightly small complaint was cold air kept coming from the back of the restaurant to the dining area. Will definitely be back again.

I had some of the freshest and most tender fish on my sushi platter that I've ever had in the States. Super delicious!

Too small of an area, very cold in the restaurant which made us change our mind about dinning in. They did not follow my ok instructions or my food allergies. And the steak wasn't well done as requested. Will not return

Just got pick up but it was absolutely delicious. I recommend the sweet potato roll. I’m gonna be back very soon!

First time eating here and I have to say I’m very very impressed, the food is better than any hibachi around!!!! Coming from a fat guy who loves food, don’t miss out on this place!

The sushi is completely bland, they threw all of their rolls into the same containers without labeling. We ordered two of the spicy rolls you couldn’t tell that, that is what they are. If you are looking to save money go to giant eagle market district, they honestly have better food. This place sucks!!!!
