I came to HealthQuest for hip pain related to running. All the staff I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful on my journey to getting back to running again. Don has so much knowledge in his field, especially in the area of running. He has taught me a tremendous amount about proper running form and all the mechanics involved in running. Because of his expertise, I have now substantially changed my running form since I previously was not engaging the correct muscles involved in running and creating more pressure on my joints and in turn causing pain. He helped me to also increase my cadence and speed too. When my physical therapy sessions ended, Don gave me a variety of exercises to do at home to increase my performance and continue to challenge myself in running. He also taught me how to make those exercises more difficult for when I master them so my body would not get use to the same repeated exercises and I could continue to persevere in running and prevent future injuries. I am very appreciative and thankful for everyone at HealthQuest! I can finally run longer distance again without any pain and with much better form, cadence, and speed. I highly encourage anyone looking for a great physical therapist to go to HealthQuest!

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from start to finish made me feel so at home and welcome! Christy is the best PT she made it fun and I will miss her so much! Therapy is no joke but so worth it because I feel great and the knee is ready for some action!

I have been treated at HQPT-Romeo many times over the past twenty years. My most recent was rehab after a total knee replacement. Don and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and caring. They suggest ways in which we can improve our exercises for more complete recovery. I am very pleased the function of my knee.

Physical therapy has helped ease the heel pain. It is almost gone. I am going to continue with the exercises I learned at therapy at home. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived to HealthQuest Romeo a few weeks after having ACL reconstruction surgery in Florida. The entire Romeo team is amazing. From the front desk to the techs and the therapists everyone is there for your well being and recovery. I came to HealthQuest Romeo a year and a half ago to address shoulder pain and they were able to get me back to health within a few months. So when I started experiencing some knee pain recently I knew right where to go, and I had another great experience! Within a few months my knee is almost good as new and I don’t have any more pain when taking my kids on long bike rides! All of the physical therapists and techs are wonderful! I especially appreciated Spencer’s skill (and personality) who I happened to work with the most these last few months! And I also loved how the facility is open on Saturday mornings and they are always on time, which is so important to me so I can get back home to my family!
