For several years we have been hesitant to come to Red Lobster as service and food quality has truly suffered. We chose this one as it was a good location to meet family. Let’s just say it was a WOW-Moment for us. The meals were excellent. And our server Solita was superb! I’m so glad we came to this location. We will return.

We ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread pizza as the appetizer. The sauce was drizzled on top and it was amazing. The restaurant itself and the service were great. We had a pleasant experience overall. Nothing was bad, just not what I expected for the price tag

Extremely Disappointed: Unprofessional Comment Ruined Dining Experience Dear Red Lobster Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your restaurant on my birthday. As a frequent business traveler, I often seek out pleasant dining experiences while away from home. Unfortunately, my recent visit to your establishment was anything but enjoyable. Upon arriving at Red Lobster, I had high hopes for a pleasant birthday meal. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse due to the unprofessional behavior of our waitress. During the course of the evening, she made a comment that completely dampened the atmosphere and killed the quality of service I had hoped for. To my utter surprise, the waitress felt compelled to remark, "Alone on your birthday must suck." This insensitive comment not only ruined the celebratory mood I had anticipated but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and empathy. It is entirely unacceptable for any employee to make such thoughtless remarks, especially considering that dining out alone is not an uncommon occurrence. Needless to say, the rest of the evening was overshadowed by this unfortunate incident. The waitress's comment made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it greatly affected my overall dining experience. I was left questioning the quality of service and the level of respect shown by your staff. I believe it is essential for Red Lobster to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their circumstances. Making such derogatory comments is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on your establishment as a whole. I hope you take my feedback seriously and address this matter appropriately. No customer should have to endure such unprofessional behavior, especially when celebrating a special occasion. Went for endless shrimp a few weeks back and had an amazing experience. Got to bring our left overs home and was a good overall experience. Came back again for the same deal and incredible service and was extremely disappointed. Provided picture of all the food we had left over after our meal. We asked for a box to take it home, and we’re told we weren’t allowed to take our already half ate food. We asked if they would just be throwing it away, why it mattered. They responded with “we don’t want to promote people taking home left overs”. What the H-. . . All you can eat shrimp is ONLY in the building, couldn’t even take home my half eaten shrimp. Makes ya wonder what they’re doing with the left overs. ? Little suspicious. Manager also came out, and older man and he was extremely condescending and nasty with us. Told us we were welcome to stay there “all night” and eat, but then said no left overs “not even biscuits”. Totally horrendous service. Acted like wanting our left overs was pulling a fast one or something. Sad because the deal is what made us come back, and now us, our friends and family will never be returning. Don’t recommend.

Very pleasant and clean atmosphere. Attentive wait staff. Front of house staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Had the endless shrimp (Monday's special) and there was never a point where I was waiting for my next plate or waiting for a beverage refill. Even though they were decently busy(dinner rush), I never once was in need or waiting to continue my meal. Excellent job.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite places to eat. Endless Sheimp is when I'm there the most. Hubby and I went for dinner yesterday. It was totally amazing as usual. Service was great. Marissa was our waitress and she was amazing. Food was beyond perfect. Pictured is what we had to eat minus our cheddar baby biscuits and drinks. It's always a wonderful experience when we eat at Red Lobster.

Never ending shrimp is the best time to go! I absolutely love their shrimp Alfredo. The waiter was super nice and always kept our drinks filled and the rolls coming. 10/10 would be back again

This place is amazing.(Georgesville Rd location) The staff goes above and beyond. They help each other, saying please and thank you! They are truly a team. The customer service is awesome too helping everyone. There kindness and smiles are infectious. This is by far the best restaurant experience I have had in years!!!! (P.s to the Karen review below, everyone knows you can't take a box home when you get all you can eat anything!!!!)

I love the soy salmon bowl. I usually sub out the brussels sprouts for a baked potato.

Our waitress was Tamara, and she was very good. We like fresh coffee, so she made sure we were served with a new pot. She brought each serving out exactly on time. She was very friendly, and the food was delicious on our birthday meal!

My family and I had a wonderful experience dining here. The customer service was amazing. The staff were attentive and were quick with serving, making us feel valued. They were not only friendly, but also accommodating to us. The shrimp I had was absolutely delicious, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Both the food and service received was nothing short of exceptional!

We went and had a really nice meal for under $90. Got the ultimate surf and turf feast which had lobster tail, steak, bacon wrapped scallops and 2 sides (HIGHLY recommend the brussel sprouts!!) And the New Orleans salmon (pictured is the half portion) with a choice of 2 sides. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were large and flavorful amd a few had whole shrimps inside so great value. Server was very nice and quick to bring drinks, food and offer desserts/take home supplies. Only downside was the biscuts were slow to come out (but were very fresh) and the steak was very overcooked but we didnt want to send it back. Definitely reccomend and a lovely dinner.

This is a wonderful place to have dinner. The prices, as usual for any moderately nice restaurant, and a little higher than your average fast food place for example but are definitely reasonable for the kinds of food. Cheddar Bay biscuits are some of the best around. The lobster bisque soup is a must have to warm up for any meal. The calamari here is very thinly breaded, and if you're a calamari fan you'll probably be a little disappointed, not really seasoned, and even well done are still very flaccid. Service was exceptional, felt like we were given just enough attention to remain served with drinks full and anything we needed, but not hovered over or bothered. All in all, pleasurable experience and I absolutely see us returning in the future.

Love the food here! Always hot and fresh, never to long of a wait either. Love their salmon and shrimp the best!

Best service we've received in a very long time. Jaylnn was amazing as a server, we have a toddler and she was even attendance to her. She had her entire order correct the entire time and as I said very attentive. The bathrooms are very clean we had an amazing time.

Our server, Jessica was great. Very friendly and on top of everything. My husband was looking forward to lobster because he hasn't had some in a long time. I was disappointed at how small the lobster tail was and asked them to add another one and we would pay for it. Our server took care of it with no problem and the manager made sure we were happy with the meal. Food was great tasting! Restaurant was clean and service was great.

Fantastic experience last night for dinner. Food came out as ordered, delicious and hot. Ordered a feast of snow crab lobster and shrimp and have 0 complaints. Service from our waitress Shellie was superb. She had perfect timing the entire meal, very friendly and great attention to detail. Haven’t been to a red lobster in a few years but you guys knocked it out of the park last night as expected.

The crab linguini was pretty decent, i liked it. The fried scallops were a little spongy though and definitely could have been fried a minute more. My other half had the ultimate feast with crab, steak, shrimp, shrimp scampi, mashed potatoes and bacon Mac. He did not like the Mac at all. The crab and steak were sucked down quite fast. The best part was the biscuits. They were wonderfully warm, beautifully buttery and super soft. The waitress was awesome and was right on top of everything. Will be back.

Date night with my tall dark and handsome! They have changed the salads, best side salad ever.

We arrived with a party of six and were sat quickly as there were not many people there. However our food took over 40 min to arrive at our table. Then our waitress didn't come back to the table a single time for refills and we had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a refill on sodas. Two of the meals were left almost untouched because they tasted unpleasant. For a bill over 150 bucks it was a very disappointing experience.

Everything was great. The service was friendly & fast. The frozen, top-shelf margaritas were delicious & brain-freeze-inducing! The food was delicious as always, but I did not care for their new Cheddar Bay Stuffing at all. Love the biscuits, not the stuffing. Years ago, they used to use Goldfish crackers as croutons on their salads. I wish they'd bring that back.

For the first time, I felt the food was not excellent as it always was. Red Lobster has always been my favorite restaurant and always a special treat. I brought my 70 year old sister for her birthday along with my other family members. I was disappointed with the quality of the food. I feel like I could have eaten at Applebee's or Texas Roadhouse. Everything else was fine. Your staff and atmosphere were pleasant as usual. I don't know if you've changed food suppliers but something has changed. I will dine at your restaurant one more time and see if I get the same quality as I have always in the past. My bill for two people was $108. I pray that Red Lobster is once again my favorite place.

Ordered carryout and received rotten salad. Brown broccoli. Hard biscuits. No cocktail or tartar sauce. Just absurd for $24. Literally messed up entire order. How can food this bad be served? Look at the brown, rotten lettuce. Gross.

Sorry, entered 1 star in order to post. I'm glad I checked reviews first. Been wanting the crab fest, but sounds as if RL has gone to running place as others. Doubling staff from all areas for waiters, etc. The photo of the take out order look like leftovers. I'm to the end of paying higher $$ for less food, poor food. A salad seems consistent using old hard core, etc. I'll wait, knowing it will never go back to GOOD.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review was because I felt that our dining area could have used a good cleaning before our party of 12 showed up. Other than that the waitress was great in ensuring our party was served at the proper time we had requested and without any mix ups with our food and drinks. She made sure to check in on our needs and did so in a way that our meeting still ran smoothly. Food was great.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated quickly. We did order a appetizer and did come out in a timely manner. But it took 45 minutes to get our meal for a party of 2 and the food was ok .The problem is the table next to us was a party of 4 and they order when we got our food and was on there table before we finished our meal. So why so long to get food for 2 people ? Our order was easy was just fried food and shrimp for the other meal .Will decided if we will come back for the price of our meal we did not get any apology for our meal taking so long to get.

It was very busy. The food was excellent. The staff is so nice and the restaurant was very clean. The garlic mashed potatoes are so good. Plus the Brownie dessert was amazing. The shrimp pasta was great. And of course the biscuits are always great. They always give you extra to take home too. Thank you to our waitress who was amazing, fast and very nice. Great job!

Got the fish, chips, coleslaw with an additional side of butterfly shrimp for take out. Don't know why they changed the coleslaw and tartar sauce recipes but they were the worst I have ever had and will never get again. So bad they went straight in the trash. The remainder of the meal was good and redeemed the experience. Other family members got the mushroom appetizer to share with their meals and complained about it being changed also and was basically bread stuffing on mushroom caps and pretty tasteless at that. Their main dishes were okay. The brussel sprouts that my daughter had with her meal was described as the best and for her to say that they had to be really tasty and perfectly cooked. Nothing was missing and everything was well packed.

Loved the shrimp Alfredo. Had plenty of shrimp and a nice creamy Alfredo. Was not a fan of the cheddar biscuits. The cheddar biscuits were all warm and soft. Not enough 🍨 with my brownie. Menu listed it should have 2 scoops, seemed like 1 and a maybe half. Perhaps it melted, yet the identifiable scoop was still presentable. Waiter did a decent job. Appeared to be 2 servers working at the time. He had to split his time with a very chatty bunch and 2 other tables. Definitely worth the visit. Would recommended and will return.

Praaiisseee to Kristina, she did an amazing job, love her personality and how real she is. You can tell she isn't putting on a mask to trick you. She's good with checking in on customers and accomodations if needed. This location is very accommodating in general. The service and atmosphere was amazing mostly due to our server, Kristina. She did an amazing job at making up for a poor quality surf and turf. The dragon crispy calamari was absolutely amazing though. The only issue was the surf and turf plate which was described to have microwaved mashed potatoes, not so great broccoli, and the steak was a bit tough. They did offer to take it off or replace it but we did take it home to feed to our pets. The food quality can't be completely controlled by the kitchen, they have to use what they get as long as it's not completely rotten and expired. The lobster for the surf and turf was good though but there is a little worry about it possibly causing food poisoning, so far nothing yet but I will update if something does happen.
