    LeeAnn G #137 from the 725 Howe Avenue Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She was one of the most AMAZING servers I’ve met since the pandemic. LeeAnn was very attentive we didn’t have to wait for anything. When she saw our glasses running low she automatically brought refills without being told to or not having to ask for another drink. I feel that all outback restaurants should take a page out of LeeAnns book. Because she’s sophisticated intelligent professional and she has a very personable personality. Thank you for your amazing service and professionalism.

    One of the better Outbacks I’ve been to, everything is so clean and spacious with plenty of memorabilia decorations all over. Service fast n friendly, food high quality. Everything was so steamy delicious. And highly recommend drinking the delicious Pina Koala 🐨

    We just happened to be in the area and decided to try this location. I do enjoy the endless soup and salad lunch at Outback. The unlimited soup and salad work when service is quick. I was not disappointed. I am a particular fan of the Tasmanian Chili. I cannot recommend this location enough.

    ‘Managing partner’ Anthony Griggs is definitely not managing partner material. He is rude, argumentative and completely unprofessional. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our arrival time was 6:45pm on a Friday evening. Didn’t receive drinks until 20 minutes after being seated. Ordered an appetizer at the same time we ordered drinks and the appetizer never came. Assuming they were just a little behind we placed our order after sitting at our table for about 40 minutes. We had to remind them of the appetizer AFTER we received our salads. After 1 hour and 30 minutes we finally got the food. Everything was cold. The steak in the photo was ordered as medium. Lobster tail was ice cold and rubbery feeling. Potatoes were cold and hard as a rock. We requested to speak to the head manager in charge, which is ‘managing partner’ Anthony Griggs. He came over and told us that the steaks were properly cooked and they were cooked at medium. They had a red cool center, which is MEDIUM RARE, not to mention they came out cold because they sat in the heat window too long, which HE informed us of and admitted to. He also admitted to coming out from the kitchen ‘flustered’ because he had to take over cooking since his staff wasn’t doing their jobs right or fast enough. So instead of acting professionally and handling the situation in the proper way, he argued with us and decided to have a heated conversation with raised voices in the establishment. Completely unacceptable for a supposed ‘managing partner’ and someone people are to deal with when an issue comes up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ‘MANAGEMENT’ SKILLS. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. YELLS AT DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS!

    Dinner time on a nice Saturday. Was extremely busy but the wait wasn't to long. Everything was great. Steak cooked perfectly for both of us. Waitress was always right there without being intrusive whenever we needed anything. Excellent food and service.

    We love “our” Outback, super busy tonight but Stacy & all the other wait staff kept up, refilling drinks, extra bread, ect. Always clean & friendly. We always get the Mahi tuna, my man had to try their new smoked porterhouse!

    so many things to say about this place first off the food was amazing cant complain there secondly the one waitress that works there i feel so bad for her i dont remeber her name but spectacular with our order id ask for her again 5/5 third the new guy they hired omg 🤬 the new guy hes a piece of work he screwed up on everything and is snobby as ill git out but man my friends got theyre food and was told they ran outta mushrooms FROM THE NEW HIRE!!! the manager was nice enough to fix the two orders but again mine was perfect i dont know if id return again but it definitely needs improvement

    Everything was good except sitting under a heat vent that was always blowing out very cool air! Made us cold and cooled our food quickly. Asked our server about and she said I know but couldn't do anything about. It was cold and snowing outside! Should've been warmer. Would've lasked to move but there were vents above the other tables as well.

    I will share our second outing at out Back Steakhouse. Joyce and I chose a week day at noon time when the restaurant is not so busy. Our server was pleasant, and served us promptly. We again enjoyed sirloin and coconut shrimp, bread, baked potato and salad, all was perfectly done and delicious. We will be back and highly recommend Outback to one and all, Del.

    Ordered curbside, roughly $60. My meal came with 2 sides of fries. The fries appeared to be a single order (not many in the box), so I asked the lady to be sure. A few minutes later she sends the manager out to come look over my food in the car. He checks it out & assures me they're just "condensed" and it should be a double order. A bit of an odd experience. 7/15/22 6:30pm

    Trudi is seriously the best! She was on top of our waters and food, even made my tasty drink herself! So full of energy and such a sweetheart I would come back and specifically ask to sit in her area, she made the date with my husband feel special.

    Good food, we usually go during the week so it's usually super fast service and food tastes awesome, no wait and place isn't packed. Wait staff is friendly and last time we went our server was super quick and when we went to leave another service hopped in right away and he helped me find a to go cup for my pop I hadn't drank (just a very large glass of pop, I don't usually drink or eat very fast but hubby does). Cute story... hubby was joking around with a woman server as I was putting my coat on and we found out she was the mom of the young man who helped me get a cup for my pop and we had a lovely conversation with them joking and swapping stories and laughing before we left. Just nice people, even the host. (Also, Mac n Cheese there is awesome)

    Wow where to begin. The hostess was flustered and confused and was telling people 45 min to an hour wait but there were at least 12 open tables I could see. The server didn’t greet our table for 11 minutes and it wasn’t busy but apparently she did not know her section. The food was pretty darn good and drinks were good when I finally got mine (13 minute bar drink, bar with zero people and lots of open tables. Server was not good. She took our order than everything else was brought by someone else. Other servers working hard but not her. When we left there were 15 or more tables open and they still were telling people there was a wait. Never once saw a manager which might have helped the disaster going on. I worked in the restaurant business as a server for over 30 years, this isn’t service, this is a disaster. Again the food was good but I go out for more than food.

    Kim O. Was great. Best service I have ever had. Kim took care of us and anticipated our needs before we asked about them. This was such an unexpected thing in the way things are right now. Being a waitress in restaurant is very hard right now and I tip my hat to all service workers. Great job

    Yesterday for the third time I went to eat out with my son and granddaughter at Outback. It was a promise he kept to her for good behavior. The first time we went as a family it was crowded but the food and service was exemplary. The second time eating there it was also crowded so there of course was a wait which was understandable. However, the seating was right behind the check-in station where items were placed over us with the potential of falling onto us with any slight mishap (OKAY)! After awhile we were informed and apologize to for the overly long wait for our food due to being short on cooks. We eventually got our food; it didn’t compare to our first dining experience at all! So I surmised one more time for Outback and that was yesterday. It was not very crowded at all; so far so good. Server was fine but when I got my “Bloomin fried chicken sandwich I didn’t have the tomato on it as advertised. So after it was clarified that it did come with a tomato our waitress went back to get me a tomato. However, she was told they were out of slice tomatoes but I could the small grape tomatoes sliced. I told her that was alright. The kitchen should have informed the waitress what the problem was before sending my sandwich out without a tomato. Another issue was the quality of the lettuce on my sandwich and on the one my son ordered. It looked like the kitchen was trying to make do with the ends of a lettuce head ( light green, small shreds) for our sandwiches. It would have been nice to have a rich green leafy piece of lettuce on our sandwiches! I told my son I didn’t have to eat at outback again like forever on Howe road. I pray management reads this and make some changes. When a business knows they are short on help and you are running over with customers just be upfront with people on the front end before you seat them. You are ruining your reputation!

    Danie Glover was our server & she took our 13 person table and was awesome! Great atmosphere and so friendly. Some things came out of order, but the staff handled it extremely well. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! we also got a thank u derset from the owner!

    Our waitress, Rachel R, was awesome. The restaurant was obviously short staffed and Rachel was very attentive to our table while still waiting on an incredible amount of tables. She was never flustered and always had a smile. The food was great as usual and we had a really nice dining experience because of Rachel. Thank you Rachel!

    Went there today got there at 4pm not busy at all no waiting.ordered our food 10 minutes later, when I got the water I asked. My wife’s drink came 5 minutes later everyone around us was waiting on one thing or another. Should have just got up and left like one large table did. We finally got our salads at 4:45. The ladies at the next table complained to both managers. The 2 guys nearby Had to grab someone to get their drinks and some bread. After all the complaints our food came quickly. The steaks were dried out they had a burnt crust and were not at all the normal quality you expect. My sweet potato was small and not warm enough to melt butter, her loaded baked potato was smaller than a baseball. I was wondering why there was no wait time Longhorn was packed, now I know why! The mangers didn’t really care just lip service. Won’t be back!!

    I went to the Howe Rd. Outback located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio today. There were very few cars in the parking lot and I was seated immediately. They were NOT busy. I was with one other individual (Not a large party). We sat there for 15 minutes without a single person acknowledging our presence let alone talking a drink order. I asked one of the people at the hostess stand if we had a server. He said, “I think so” and then walked away. I made the assumption that he would let our server know we were there. I was wrong. We then asked another person a woman (dressed in all black with a nose ring and black hair) if we had a server. She said she would go get that person while walking away giggling. We waited another 10 minutes (with nobody acknowledging our presence) before we made the decision to leave. As we were walking out, the host (who we first asked if we had a server) sarcastically told us to have a nice day. It ended up being a blessing in disguise that the service was so bad because we went to Butcher and Sprout where we had an amazing meal with excellent service.

    Have always enjoyed Outback. Today our experience was such that we won't be back. Too many other nice choices in the area. The lettuce in my Caesar salad was mostly "rusty", the server was less than attentive and overall we just decided it's time to move on. We had a server at the bar for years there who was one of the best in the business. Since she's gone, it's never been the same. Too bad when restaurants are struggling to regain momentum after COVID.

    Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Went there for dinner on Sunday 5/7. Hostess had no clue what she was doing. We walked in and were told 10-15 minute wait (2 people) Immediately after that other parties arrived after us and were told they would be seated in a minute. They all got sat before us. The hostess referred to her coworkers as “A**holes who didn’t want to take any more tables” when I brought the issue of multiple people arriving after us and being sat before us to her attention. We Ended up getting sat and just paying for our appetizer and drink’s (didn’t even get the lemonade we ordered) and leaving before we could waste anymore time there. Our cheese wasn’t even melted on our cheese fry appetizer. Multiple tables around us had food sent back to the kitchen for being incorrect and everyone there was waiting abnormally long for their food. I just don’t understand where the confusion was because they weren’t even that busy and had employees just wondering around the restaurant doing nothing while all the customers were clearly upset. It was absolutely Terrible and I wish I could give 0 stars.

    Maybe one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. 😒 Perhaps my expectations were just too high. Our first round of drinks were brought out 2 of 3 wrong. When our food arrived we still didn't have silverware. I ordered a boomin chicken sandwich (I think it was called).. it was supposed to have sauce on it but when it came to the table it looked like they gave me a drip of sauce on an overlooked piece of chicken. The waitress was rude.. When I told her I never received the sauce for my sandwich but we were ready to go, she notioned for my boyfriend to hand her back the check saying "give me that". The checkout process took about 30 minutes. My son wanted just a grilled cheese sandwich, she told me they couldn't do that. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon.

    Food was good, but server was terrible. After speaking to the host, he said she was fairly new. The waitress never checked on us after food came out delivered by kitchen staff. I never got my steak sauce or refills. When I asked the waitress when she came looking for a tip with the check, I asked her why she didn't check on us at all... She said she was busy, only having two tables... Don't go there. Cold atmosphere, everyone had coats on. Visiting from Arizona.

    This location is not bad, we went late in New Year’s Eve so I wasn’t expecting perfect food. But over all the bar tender was nice and friendly. And the food was decent. It’s typical good.

    My Mom took me there fir my birthday. To be honest my experience started out weak. They sat us in front of the waiter station. I went back to the host and asked to be move and they did. After that everything was great. My waitress Jasmine was amazing! We both had pork chops - they were out of this world! Jasmine even brought me over a little ice cream sundae for Bday. I have not eaten there in 15 years. Clearly I missed out on some great food. 8 thumbs up!!!

    The place wasn't busy. Waited over 10 minutes to get our drink order. The waiter only came over because another couple was placed next to us. The Appetizer was good, but it took 15+ minutes to come. Wife and I ordered prime rib sandwiches and fries. Never ask if we wanted any more bread. We waited an additional 20 mins after the appetizer to get them. Fries were warm on top but the bottom fries were cold. Sandwich bread was extremely toasted from sitting under a heat lamp. Another person had to get refills on drinks, because he noticed. We found bone fragments in the sandwiches. Never saw the waiter until it was for the check. Spent over $50 for 2 sandwiches, pops and mushroom appetizer. Did not think it was worth the cost or lack of customer service.

    Came here as a birthday dinner for me after deciding we didn't want to cook at home. What a mistake that was. Waitress disappeared constantly for long periods. Cold greasy blooming onion, cold fries, hard chicken tenders, stringy & burnt sweet potato. We ordered 3 sirloin steaks, all cooked medium. 1 was burnt to a crisp, 1 was cold still it was so rare and 1 was so fatty it couldn't be eaten. Couldn't tell the waitress since she basically hid in the back nonstop and only came out to drop off the food, act annoyed when we asked for an extra A1 cup (1 tiny dip cup for 3 people?) and give us our bill. The $78 bill stung even more when the food AND service was as awful as it was. There is no sense complaining at places anymore as I never want to risk something being done to any remade food. However, I figured posting on a platform where people can see before they spend their hard earned money on mediocre service and atrocious food. We will just deal with the loud atmosphere at Texas Roadhouse going forward!

    Such terrible service. They don’t answer their phones. I called about my order which was missing items and waited a long time then when someone picked up they put me on hold and never came back. When I attempted to reorder the missing items they cancelled my order and refused to make it. Terrible. I wasted so much time and the food wasn’t even any good.

    Very modern update to the restaurant around chappel Hill area! Even has an extra lounge area outside for waiting. Menu was revamped as well. Still the same great taste that we enjoy! awesome atmosphere altogether.

    Took my twins for their birthday. Waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant only had about 10 tables and everyone was waiting. My steak and shrimp were burnt and so was the steak my son's girlfriend got. We ordered desert and by the time she brought it, it was half melted. Horrible.

    Stacey G #803 our server was absolutely incredible his afternoon. The service she provided was truly 5 ⭐️. She was on her game, didn’t miss a beat. She was one of the BEST servers we’ve had anywhere. The restaurant was short staffed, she had 5+ tables, a party of 14 and made us feel as though we were her only table. She was pleasant, knew the menu inside out, was attentive too. Outback, you have a diamond on your staff. Anthony, thank you for taking the time to allow me to personally tell you how wonderful Stacey made our experience today.
