We
have
gone
to
Akron
Children's
for
multiple
reasons.
Once
for
surgery
when
my
daughter
broke
her
nose.
Before
all
that,
we
actually
looked
at
Akron
Children's
when
we
were
first
expecting,
meeting
with
a
doctor
who
had
been
recommended
to
us,
it
took
everything
in
me
to
not
run
out
of
that
meeting.
I
have
never
had
a
doctor
talk
to
me
like
that!
There
are
so
many
doctors
within
ACH
I'm
sure
that
this
is
not
true
for
all
of
them,
we
just
happened
to
pick
a
not
so
great
doctor.
The
other
doctors
who
were
highly
rated
were
not
accepting
new
patients
or
difficult
to
schedule
with.
We
ended
up
going
with
a
doctor
with
a
private
practice
that
was
40
min
away
because
his
approach
to
health
care
was
in
line
with
what
we
were
looking
for,
his
bedside
manner
is
fantastic
(very
approachable,
professional
and
kind)
and
he
ran
his
business
in
a
way
that
was
client
focused
(for
example
he
didn't
believe
a
doctors
office
should
have
a
waiting
room,
scheduling
could
be
done
in
a
way
so
the
patient
doesn't
need
to
wait
and
easy
to
get
in
to
see).
We
now
have
three
children,
all
who
have
gone
to
him.
Recently
the
practice
sold
to
ACH,
it
has
been
sad
to
see
and
experience
the
change.
I
don't
have
the
heart
to
share
with
him
these
things
and
I'm
not
sure
it
would
accomplish
anything.
No
waiting
in
the
waiting
room
to
now
waiting.
So
much
more
paperwork!
No
billing
issues,
or
billing
issues
quickly
resolved
and
kindly
addressed,
went
to
lots
of
billing
issues
not
being
addressed
and
due
to
ACH
mistakes.
We
only
continue
to
go
to
see
the
specific
doctor,
once
he
leaves
or
retires
I'll
be
so
glad
to
no
longer
be
going
to
an
ACH
office!
In
the
meantime
I
will
continue
to
look
for
a
doctor
elsewhere.
I
understand
ACH
is
a
big
business
with
lots
of
resources
and
may
be
the
best
option
for
specific
situations,
I
share
all
this
for
anyone
who
may
feel
they
need
to
go
to
ACH,
always
save
paperwork
and
take
detailed
notes
of
the
visit.
However,
in
general
I
recommend
seeking
a
private
practice
with
a
doctor
who
shares
similar
values
and
approach,
if
done
well,
he/she
is
able
to
provide
a
much
better
service
than
a
"big
box"
approach.
I
have
also
had
a
friend
who
switched
to
Cleveland
Clinic
(for
a
child
with
high
medical
needs)
as
another
option
due
to
issues
at
ACH.
Something
to
think
about,
there
are
other
options!
