The most picturesque Village in Ohio, Chagrin Falls is well known for its cascading waterfalls, which flow through the downtown area. Lining the streets are historic buildings, over 50 independent storefronts featuring vintage and antique stores, and an abundance of restaurants and cafes.

Quaint little falls. The river winds through the city and you can walk down it if you have the agility and a good pair of waterproof boots. Lots of old rocks and fossils and bits of history lining the Chagrin River. Really peaceful to sit beside.

This place was beautiful! Nice little hidden jem! Cute little town. The waterfall has stairs to get down to it. Not very long stairs. But no wheelchair/stroller access to the falls. Although there is a restaurant on the other side you could get an amazing look at as well!!

Very cool sight to see, in a very busy little town. Took several circles to get a spot in the parking lot to walk over to the falls. The stairs were unfortunately closed due to weather but neat thing to see.

A lovely chilly day. A bit of snow falls from the sky but I am dressed warm so that doesn't bother me. I look down upon the falls and enjoy the show for a few minutes. A scent of steak is in the air from a local restaurant. What memories.

There is no better place than Chagrin Falls on a sunny Sunday afternoon. It was not too hot or overcrowded. Recent graduates complete with their caps were strolling with family. A beautiful day.

Beautiful waterfalls that flow right through Main Street with a lovely path to view them. Waterfalls are wonderful and when they’re this convenient, you just have to admire them. The lovely downtown area is built up around the falls. As you walk down Main Street, there is a staircase to view the falls right by the popcorn shop. With it being winter, the Chagrin River was mostly frozen including a good amount of the falls. You can’t completely stop this force of nature as water flowed through in multiple areas creating a beautiful scene. Take a few minutes to admire before you enjoy the great shops nearby.

It's nice but there's too many people and they're not respectful of nature.

Beautiful nature fall at the downtown, flowing water was also good. It’s a small fall but yes, view is really great. Restaurant next to it have a beautiful view of the fall on the side. We visited on the Labor Day Monday evening, there was no crowd, but yeah restaurant was full 😂

Very peaceful and hidden little waterfall close to the heart of downtown Chagrin. Cornered by two local ice cream shops it’s a great spot to grab a bite and look at the falls.

No hiking, cute and relaxing 😌 Serene. In the middle of a small town. Lots of convenient shops all in walking distance and there's a playground that my toddler enjoyed after we had ice cream 🍦

Great bucolic town. Fine eateries and beautiful ambiance. Wonderful place for a day of shopping and dining. Two new businesses opened in town....Kelsey Elizabeth and Spices and Tea. Both an added asset to the other establishments.

This was one of my favorite places in northeast Ohio! I love the fact there cute upscale boutique shops and restaurants and places to walk around and then you have this hidden gem tucked away. These falls were a great place to unwind from stress.

Very fun place for family and friends. If only they had an elevator and life alert to get down to the falls! Grandma is old.

Made the drive from shaker heights. Very nice area with plenty of history around the town and because of the historic falls. Busy area with a mix of businesses, all very welcoming.

The falls are lovely and provide respite from a busy day. We saw people climb down to the rocks below and bring lunch to sit by the falls and eat quietly. There was a little duck tucked into the foot of the falls, enjoying itself the entire time we were there. I wouldn't come specially to see the falls but if you're in the vicinity then you should pop by for a quick stop.

LOVE this area, and the falls are beautiful! They unfortunately had the steps locked off because of the snow/ice so we couldn’t get super close, but still worth the stop! (Able to still enjoy the upper portion of the falls!)

Beautiful, quaint town. Many shops and restaurants within a block or two from the bridge over the falls and the park along the river. Many photo opportunities!

My husband and I enjoyed the ice cream parlor and walking trail. We are always looking for historical signs and waterfalls.

The place is so cool, you can go down close to the falls and river. There’s many cafe’s and restaurants around. I had great time with family. Also I often go there just to walk and sit in front of the falls.

Love this waterfall in the middle of the town! It’s beautiful. You can climb several steps down to a bench to sit, or continue climbing down some rock steps and go all the way to the waters edge. Such a peaceful place.
