This was an absolutely horrible experience I had to eat with my coat on they had no heat had a hamburger canned mushrooms served on a paper plate it was so dry and disgusting I couldn't finish it the waitress didn't care to ask how it was I will never ever ever return

From the reviews, it seems at some place they were a real restaurant with plates and cups but apparently no longer. Everything is served in styro or plastic. I cannot imagine the massive waste this makes every day. Coffee was very watery and not good. Breakfast was a “skillet” meal but served in a plastic tray. It’s not a skillet meal unless you serve in in a skillet to me. Service was prompt and kind but others were heard asking about all the plastic and styrofoam and a waitress was saying well then we would have to pay a dishwasher. So who is washing the silverware and pots and pans? I found the disposable materials very off putting and odd. Like eating takeout but in the restaurant. Just not for me.

We were able to be seated immediately. Service was very good. Meal portions were enough where no one left hungry. Definitely worth checking out.

Food is not bad. Got an omelette and pancakes. Omelette was great but the pancakes were a little bit tough and they use a lot of plastic silverware which I am a little disappointed to see.

Food was okay. Used to be better. I don’t like that they are using plastic Dixie plates and styrofoam cups for dine in. Not a fan.

If you want GREAT chicken this is the place to go. You WILL NOT be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Can't argue with mom is a saying that strongly applies to Mom's Deli as this family owned restaurant delivers on multiple levels with good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices.

You can't beat Mom's! We found this place via google maps as we were passing through the area. We got there early, the place was relatively quiet. We were seated right away. They have a number of specials and breakfast combos. The food came out hot and the portions were large. The service was good. There is also a ton of parking and it is easily accessible from the major roads.

I would love to see a French toast or pancake that is gluten free even if it's not home made

A nice place. Friendly staff. Good portions. I have only one complaint, their hours keep me from getting there very often. My 9yr old said it was amazing.

The food and service are wonderful here. The atmosphere was nice, nothing spectacular but you come for the food which is great. Pricing is reasonable.

Very nice local eatery. Good food, especially liked the pancakes. We got two at the end of our meal, wanting something sweet but not overly sugary. The pancakes were perfectly cooked. If I'm in the area I would stop by for breakfast again. Nice friendly staff too. Heck everyone we met in Cleveland and the surrounding area were all super nice.

I forgot how awesome their corned beef was. Definitely stop and get some if you love a hearty sandwich!

It was small but a happy atmosphere and fast service. Busy little restaurant. Great starter for the day.

I've ordered twice now. I always get the veggie omelette which is great. Last time my wife got the chicken tenders, which she said were stringy and not great. We decided to give it another try and she got the chicken sandwich. She said it was the best chicken sandwich she's had. We got takeout, but the restaurant looks extremely clean.

Went to Mom's today ordered a club sandwich and french fries and a chef salad minus the onions for myself you guys ought to be ashamed of yourself serving food like that the salad supposed to have ham and turkey had a half a slice of ham cucumbers that were frozen in the middle we're salad I have ever had will never come back I would have given you zero stars but it made me give you at least one

This is such a nice place. The staff is friendly, the service is good but most importantly the food is awesome.

Breakfast choices were simply and well made, and served promptly. Good coffee. Server was friendly and attentive.

On the road from PA to IL we found Mom’s Deli and Grille based on Google Reviews. We stopped in for an early lunch / brunch and were quite satisfied. While it sits right near I80 it’s a bit of a detour to get there so plan ahead and have it on your mapping software at least 30 mins before you want to arrive. NOW ABOUT THE FOOD…. Really good and basic (just what we wanted on a road trip). I had a breakfast sandwich with Swiss Cheese and bacon. My guy got a corned beef sandwich on rye. Service was very friendly and vibe was quite local (probably because it is not just off I80). I specifically asked about the paper plates and styrofoam cups based on another Google Review… it started with Covid and since they haven’t been able to hire a dishwasher they have kept it up. They did go back to regular flatware and are considering moving away from the styrofoam cups to a more environmentally friendly option once they run down their supply. Give this local mom and pop spot a break and enjoy the food!
