Usually the pizza at Pizzazz is very good, but my order I placed for pickup was a mess. Thankfully their salad was good, but the pizza toppings were slid all over and when serving half the cheese didn’t stay on the pizza either, even with re-cutting at home. The pizza was checked as soon as we pulled out of the lot and it looked like this already, and it was kept flat while in our possession. Due to their parking lot being super busy we didn’t go back in because then we would have had to possibly wait longer for a pizza when it was already taking longer than quoted.

I'm traveling for work and was told by a coworker that I have to try Pizzazz Pizza and that they have the best house made salad dressing around. I ordered two large Caesar salads and they were definitely large. I also ordered a bottle of the house dressing and it is the best! The Caesar dressing is also top notch! I will be returning for pizza next time.

Quality and service has gone down over the years. Was my favorite place for years. Seems to not be the same quality and service as it used to. The last two times our pick up order took 30+ longer than we were told. The last time they never made our pizza until we got there to pick it up and didn't seem to care that much. They didn't offer a discount either time and weren't very friendly or nice. We had to call the other half of the ownership another day to get a gift card. We were told they would refund a pizza on the receipt, but never did at the time we were there.

I tried Pizzazz for their pizza a few times and each time it was horrible. Waited a year and tried again, still horrible. The pizza tasted bad, toppings slid off and it was terribly put together. Sloppy, not appetizing. Pizza isn't rocket science. You would think the owners would know enough to fix the problem, but as long as undiscerning customers keep buying it, they won't. I was told at one time it used to be a good place though.

The Pizzaz sub was huge tons of meat and cheese very tasty. Also had their large deluxe pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I ever had.

Intimate dining room with chic decor, but the food equals it! Everything I've had here is delicious. I love the pastas. Wine and alcohol are served. Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Take out available. Their house salad that comes with the pastas is large and filling, topped with cheese. And the house salad dressing is tasty and not overpowering. The menu has lots of options.

Great food, big servings! Ready on time and delicious. Cannolis - large, definitely worth getting.

I have been coming here for years, I just do take out, and call my orders in. They have great pizza and salads, the char grilled chicken salad is my favorite. The house Italian dressing is amazing! Be sure to try it.

Amazing pizza and great people! I ordered a deluxe pizza and was very pleased with the deluxe pizza I got! The owner and employees are all about pizza and it shows through their food and attitude! Thanks Pizzazz!

I recently ordered a calzone and I thought I had requested that mushrooms and meatballs be added to it do it. What I recieved did not have the extra toppings, and I wasn't charged for them. But what really sucked was it was just cheese and plsin dough. Called and tried to explain that there was a problem, only to be told yhe price charged was correct.

Pizzazz pizza for dinner this evening. Walked in and the waiting area was a tad to small but we made due. Wasn't to bad of a wait. Got sat at the table which was also kinda small. Other than that the food was really good! We had the rizzoto balls, Italian wedding soup, cheesy garlic bread, pizza, calzones, and eggplant parmesan. Everything was great!! Would definitely come back!!

We finished celebrating my son's birthday party there. The pizzas were good, but the calzon/Stromboli was even better. I loved the small cozy place and the history of traditional mama's recipies for the pays. The service was nice. We had a good time there, We will be back soon.

I usually never have a problem with pizzazz. I love the food there. Tonight, I got whatever this was in my salad. Almost threw up when I saw it. Seems to be like a piece of adhesive or wrapper off something. Might be awhile until I eat there again. A little turned off by that.

Pick up was quick and easy. Pizza and garlic bread were delicious! The ingredients taste way better than popular chain pizza places. I will definitely be coming back again!

I been coming here for years. My family order the same pizza…half sheet. I order this pizza and right away it did not taste right. I called the restaurant and told them the pizza had a sour taste. First i was on hold for a long time after I complained. The manager or owner (the man that always stand in the front) got on the phone. I told him about the taste. He admitted that there was a batch of dough made incorrectly “and I thought we got rid of it all”. I’m upset at this point because he should have ensured all the dough was thrown out. Then he tell me the taste should not have changed that much. Really! I would not have called if the pizza was good. Not only was the taste sour but the bread was hard. He did apologize, and told me if I bring back what was left. He would make another pizza based off of what was left. I did not go back…a big inconvenience for me. I gave one star because if he knew his crew made a bad batch of dough he should have made sure all of it was thrown out. .

Nice staff, kind to kids and that's hard to find lately but.luckily.for me.seems to be changing.. I now.base my tips how they treat my daughter, since can be alot at times, God love her✨️ She is a toddler it's expected!

I have been coming to pizzazz regularly since I was a kid. Today, while waiting to turn out of the driveway, I was harassed by a delivery driver in the parking lot. He came up to my car yelling the f word and other slurs/obscenities . When I called the store the manager said that he claimed I “flew out of the parking lot” (I was stopped, waiting to turn left, when he aggressively approached my car and started screaming and swearing like a madman). When I explained to her that that clearly did not happen, she said she trusts his word over mine. Regardless of whatever he THOUGHT I did for whatever reason, running up on customers car swearing and screaming slurs should NEVER be tolerated. You would think that with their prices, they would have some standard of employee conduct towards customer. Clearly they aren’t running it the way they used to. The girls up front are still friendly, attentive, and helpful as always but the rest of their staffing has dramatically gotten worse. I also noticed that they only reply to positive reviews now, so I am sure this will go ignored like all the other reviews calling out the horrible experiences people have had here. So disappointing.

Best pizza. We do the chicken, red pepper and onion. Also the large dinner salad with a lot of cheese and their great homemade Italian. You can buy their salad dressing.

Very good Pizzas. One was chicken pesto the other rustic crust,red sauce, sausage, red onion, and red pepper. The thin crust was so good! Great service.

I worked at this restaurant in 1996. I came back in 2023 as a guest. The food quality was fantastic, the service was incredible. I wanted a trip down memory lane and I was satisfied. It takes special people to make “there’s no place like home” come to life.

The food and service were great. The pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly with toppings that tasted very fresh. The setting was cozy and intimate.

We called ahead and asked if they had pizza by the slice. I had been referred her by someone who told me it's great. They claimed they did, but when I got there and asked again, the girl looked confused and her manager overheard it and was like, "Oh, yes, we got it by the slice." They took my order for 3 slices of pepperoni pizza and then proceeded to make a a medium cheese pizza that was 3/4 pepperoni (you can see the kitchen from the front waiting area). I waited 15 minutes for "pizza by the slice." The pizza itself was good, not great. I suppose technically, they do sell it by the slice, but if you're looking for a quick, ready-made slice with options (which I believe most are who ask this question), this ain't the place for you.

Ordered takeout quite a few times from Pizzazz. A lot of the time my order is taken by a phone girl named Angel and she rings me out too. All around a bright, beautiful, and respectful young girl! She is the most polite employee I’ve ever met in food service. Food was amazing! Pizza with classic pepperoni and sausage is my favorite. Just enough topping, sauce, and cheese!

Have been enjoying Pizzazz's (Evelyn & Peggy) pizza 😉 for years. We switched it up today & shared a large calzone, which I'd never had there before, and it did not disappoint. OMG. Scrumptious! Pizzazz is a smaller, narrow (think NYC) restaurant with several large booths in one section & a few more in the back section. But it has its own special charm & the best pizza around!

I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I recall taking pizza out to my car. When I got home, no pizza. I called and was told that they didn't have pizza and were too lazy to look in parking lot to see if there was a pizza box in the parking lot. I can only assume that I put pizza on my car while opening door, I neglected to bring pizza in car and it sipped off car. I t would have taken an employee 2 minutes to go to parking lot. Laziness. So, I will never know if your pizza is good or not.

Was on a roadtrip to visit my friend, stopped by this location and thought, "Why not?" as my friend mentioned she was a fan. Walked in and was greeted immediately. When asked about their food I was directed to their takeout menus. As I had more questions the register girl helped explain. Ended up getting a chicken parm entree and absolutely loved it! The girl was all smiles and was so very patient with me. I have never met a nicer employee in food services. Didn't get the chance to get her name but as I drive back to NYC, this girl will forever have a lasting impression on me! So Pizzazz, your food is great and concerning the asian girl with red hair and glasses, she is a keeper!

I was in Mayfield for a day, and decided to try out this pizza, based on the reviews. They showed up early, and the fellow said "fast enough?". Yes. I've tried 4 pizza joints in the Cleveland area, and this one is my favorite, so far. Well made, and has a memorable, sweet and tangy sauce. Would recommend, and would get more, if I am in the area again.

We had read the history of this amazing pizza restaurant. We went out of our way to go there It was sooo worth it. Delicious! Our serve Tonia was amazing! Even with a broken ankle, she was smiling and a joy to be around. She took care of customers like nothing was wrong with a smile..all while wearing a boot. PIZZAZZ will be a highlight on our trip from Oklahoma to Walworth, N.Y. Thank You!
