This is a great vet for your animal for vaccines or a sick pet . My cat had an abscess in his leg and , I called same day appointment they took care of him . They give the course of treatment and the cost up front . They accept Care Credit and all major credit cards. The have taken care of two of my cats and they are great ! They discussed any other problems my cat may have and explained the medicine they were injecting in him . The price was reasonable for the type of problem my cat had . The vet is so nice and I love how she treats my two kittens and my senior dog ! Her vet helpers and the girls at the desk are also very sweet I love this place after transferring from Emerald animal hospital I think I made a great choice considering my senior dog tried biting the lady Michelle at the emerald animal hospital and for the 11 years I've had her she has NEVER done that before so after that happen I never took her back because I knew she was not comfortable with her and Midpark is my pets new doctor and I couldn't be happier 😌

I was satisfied with my experience. I had to have my 12 year old Dog put down due to medical reasons. The staff was very caring and supportive. I rescued Buddy at 8 weeks old out of the Arizona Mohave Desert and he gave me the honor of 12 wonderful years! Rest in piece my precious baby boy (Buddy). We'll see each other again...

I'm disappointed. I called to make an appointment for my 2 new kittens. I was told since I hadn't been their in a year I was considered a new client and they weren't excepting new clients. I have taken my last 3 cats there. The appointments are always a month or more later anyway. So I called a maple hts vet who got me in the following Thursday. VCA loss, maple hts gain

Our cat was acting off, seemed to have a fever, and we felt she needed to be seen. We called on 6/25/2022 as soon as this vet opened (around 7 am) and rather than suggesting an appointment to evaluate her, the receptionist told us that it was best that we just euthanize our 4 year old cat. This is an unacceptable and heartless response and just induced panic. This should NEVER be suggested without an examination of the pet. Shame on this receptionist, it sounds like this is NOT the correct field for her. Our cat was able to be cared for by a different vet after being diagnosed with Parvo and is on her way to a full recovery.

They are never there for our dogs. Always overbooked, don’t even get us in for emergencies or delicate situations. Neighborhood customers with dogs that have been visiting them since 2013. Just doesn’t make sense. Not once would they take an emergency or delicate situation in 10 years now. Even have on of my dogs on the monthly plan.

Didn’t want to completely give one star because up until today, they took great care of us. My cat has been a patient at VCA for about four years now since we got him. He’s a problem cat, always sick and has issues with his ears. It’s a recurring problem, and it gets expensive to take him in all the time so for the last year we’ve been doing our best to treat him at home. We just spent $3,000 on a surgery for him last year so we just couldn’t afford it. Made a call today to bring him back in for a good cleaning, and they told me they can’t see him all of a sudden because he needs a physical and a rabies shot first, and that they’re booked for that until November. My cat has a problem NOW and they won’t take him in. I’ve spent a lot of money there over the last four years, getting him several antibiotic shots which are over $100 each time, multiple ear cleanings and exams, urinary issues, the list goes on. I said to the lady “Well his ears are bothering him now, I can’t wait until then, they could get much worse so I guess I’ll have to take him somewhere else” and she said “Yeah or you can try cleaning them at home.” They literally refuse to see him without a physical and a rabies shot, which is completely unnecessary for him. I understand being booked out, but I feel that we were completely disregarded when I’ve been bringing him there for so long. So disappointing and now I have to try to find a new vet.

I love this place!! Prices are fair and the vets are awesome, my kitten see’s Dr.Suhie and my oldest boy see’s Dr.Juan, both so gentle and sweet towards my boys, their vet techs are also so sweet to my boys. The front desk girls are so sweet too :) Surgery pricing is pretty high but they’re honest about pricing. A basic wellness exam and meds don’t cost that much at all, I definitely recommend this place to take your fur baby to!

It's a great vet place that seems to really care about about your pets. We took our cat to be put down after kidney failure and these people were just amazing.

Dr Suhie is the best!!!!!! So caring and compassionate and thorough!!! I never leave there with any questions unanswered,, He takes his time and goes over anything you need!!! Best vet ever!!!

She was scared and I wanted the visit to be positive. Shannon worked extremely well with my dog and I. She took 5 minutes out of her busy day to sit on the floor with us and bond for a moment before she got her vaccines. Thank you and thank you for the quality care!

I've been going to this location for many years. Today my dog was having an issue and I was able to get in to have him seen quickly. I met a new vet Dr Shuie very nice and listened to my concerns. I so appreciate the prompt appointment, as well as convenience of checkout.

Outstanding care, vets and staff. Prices are reasonable, and they are incredible with your pet. I've been to numerous vets over the years and this is the first time I've been completely trusting with our furry family members.

I really enjoyed my experience at VCA Midpark. The vet, Michael, was very calm and soft spoken with my anxious dog. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some information on separation anxiety in a helpful way. I also really appreciate Shannon's energy, she is very kind and I felt comfortable with her and so did my two pups! They kept me informed and explained everything to me prior to treatment. We made a really good decision coming to this vet. Also, the waiting room layout is nice and the scale is floor level which is helpful for the dogs and front desk staff were kind.

We just started taking our pups here this year. We had our initial checkup then second visit for additional shots. The staff is amazing! The front desk staff is helpful and called to confirm our appointments a few days before hand which was super helpful! The pet nurses on both visits were so loving toward our pups - to see someone else love and appreciate our dogs the way we do is always a great feeling. The vets we met with were extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I’m the type of person who asks 100 questions and they were so patient and thorough. Then the staff followed up with a text message asking how our pups were post shots. The staff in this office really seem to care about the pets that come through the door and it shows throughout the whole experience. Our family is better off having met and worked with Midpark.

I used to love this place because they were very thoughtful, they cared, and I don't know what happened but thats all gone downhill since. I've been bringing my dog here when he was a puppy, now he is 8 years old and I have to find a new vet. Darlene, front desk receptionist, was extremely rude and unprofessional. No compassion at all. She was honestly the icing on the cake that made my decision of switching vets. I hate to see people like her in front desk receptoion positions. After all the business I have given this place with trusting their care for my dog, buying medications and food that "he needed to use everyday" from them, trusting their recommendations for my dogs skin issues, being talked to in a disrespectful way by the secretaries, I will never step foot in there again.

The worst place to take ANY animal. My cat lost her eye because of them. If they treated her correctly from the onset, it wouldn't have happened. Dr. Jackson's answer was "well, you said you didn't have a lot of money." Who says that?

Lately it seems like finding a vet and actually being able to get an appointment is near impossible. Our 12 week puppy developed a terrible cough and they made time at the end of their day to see her. They treated her with such love and kindness and took there time with her and is. This is the kind of place you want to take care of your loved ones. I have had over 18 pets in my life so far and this by far is the most compassionate and through hospital I’ve dealt with.

Very fun loving people good workers Dr Jackson's a hell of a doctor and also Dr meigs she's pretty cool she'll explains everything in good detail also gives you the heads up on prices and if they can't take care of you in efficient way as for the prices being low they'll find some place else that'll work for your budget but most times nine times out of 10 they're willing to work payment plans on anything they do with your animals they'll even put your kids in a cage if you want to leave them overnight... just kidding...!

We have been bringing our dogs to them for years, can't say enough nice things about our experience there,from the time we call to the desk to the Doctors especially Dr Abby they care about your pet like they are their pets.

Today was our first visit and we are so glad we went to VCA Midpark! Everyone is wonderful, EVERYONE. The bill wasn't bad either. Great experience. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent veterinarians, vet techs, and staff! Everyone was polite, professional,and friendly. The calm disposition and atmosphere really helped my cat relax in what is normally a very stressful situation for her. Highly recommended! Sidenote: their services are very fairly priced, and top quality!
