I love our zoo! I would say it's a good sized zoo, not too big but not too small. There are plenty of animals to see between the main zoo, the upper cat/gorilla area, and the rainforest area The Asian lantern festival is also super cool! As a local, I try to go on Mondays when it's less crowded but I've gone in every season and still had a good time

The layout of the zoo is not very efficient, and the parking area is chaos. The concessions are expensive and poor quality. We will be visiting other locations for our exotic animal viewing.

Finally getting to use our family select pass. The weather has been way too hot. Fun as always. Stayed too long in the Rainforest and zoo was closing when we got out.

Never been to this part of the zoo. But looks really cool!

We barely seen any animals out. Too many zoo cars driving around that day. Kids did love that zip line ride and we got some food. Very slow at the ice cream area. The walk was enjoyable.

We hadn't visited the zoo and years and needed to update a yearly membership and they helped us out

I loved Cleveland Metro Parks...Went there to see Asian Lantern Festival cause I love Asian's and all there different unique things in the culture..

The wait to purchase the tickets was not long. I think I waited 5 minutes. Once I got to the window, the woman I spoke to was very nice and helpful.. I did notice the other teller was not as nice as the one serving me.

Very helpful. Helped me update my membership in a zip.

Many animals to see, and how nice a train to take you inside the park.

Went with the family over the weekend to check out the Asian Lantern Festival at the Cleveland Zoo, it was absolutely a good time walking around looking at all of the different displays that were setup throughout the entire zoo. The grandkids had a blast with some of the interactive displays that were also part of the setup, the later in the evening it got the nicer the displays were. If you've never been before do yourself a favor and go check it out.

This zoo as fun to visit. Some very nice sets and decorations. And beautiful animals ❤️

Very crowded with long line. They provided fast quick movement in the line. Went for the lantern festival.

Loved it the prices are just ridiculous look forward to spending $100 no matter wat its other than that who don't like the zoo you go out to see all kind of animals you don't get to see everyday

Read rented to electric scooters we cannot walk far. They refuse to give us one due to the weather if I knew that I wouldn't have bought my tickets

How is it okay to charge handicapped $12 to rent a wheelchair?

They did not inform us that half of the zoo was closed due to covid. Nor that one-third of the remaining portion was closed due to the light festival.

A very nice place to visit year round.

We haven’t faced any problems buying tickets or getting thru the gates. But There were many people and only 2 open counters. We had to wait around 10-15 minutes to get our tickets
