Gorgeous selection. As for the customer service and experience...when it's good its amazing and when it's bad its awful. I've been going in and out of this location for repairs for years and I've been treated inconsistently. The exact same diamond popped out of my ring multiple times in the past year and I was accused of not knowing how to properly take care of "real gold jewelry" as if I've never owned any previously. Then another associate tried to convince me it was my fault because the center gemstone was soft. Not only was the center stone NOT a soft gemstone, a diamond popped out so how is the center stone relevant? The final nail in the coffin was my last visit to repair the ring AGAIN. Amy in particular is a snob and made a very rude remark to her coworker about me IN FRONT OF ME about my purchase history being small. My purchase history would've been larger if I felt comfortable making more purchases with them which, unfortunately, I do not. Shopping for jewelry is supposed to be fun. This is a luxury. Shopping at Diamonds Direct however is stressful and caused me great anxiety because I never knew how I was going to be received when I paid good money for the ring I bought from them. I'll be going to smaller, family owned jewelers now.

This is the jewelry store for anyone who wants excellent service and quality. My fiance bought me an incredible, custom designed engagement ring. Allison Ramos took amazing care of us to achieve this work of art! We had already picked out a single-stone ring and a diamond, but then my future mother-in-law offered one of her diamonds. I could not turn that down! But just try to find a good stock setting for 2 stones! We had to design our own. With Allison's help, and the designers at Diamonds Direct, this is the outstanding result! Believe it or not, the price was affordable. As a bonus, I had Diamonds Direct repair two of my mother's rings. They did a beautiful job and, once again, for an incredibly affordable price. They even threw in a free pearl! One more thing, they gave me a great deal on a wedding ring for my future husband. Shhhh. Don't tell him, ok? Its a surprise. I am a customer for life. I purchased an engagement ring from Diamonds Direct for my then girlfriend (now fiancé) with the help of Alison Ramos. She was very conscious of my budget and listened well. Once I picked out the diamond and setting I told them it was fine if it took a week cause I only make it to the area on Fridays. Alison texted me a few days later saying it was complete. They certainly don't let things sit! The rose gold with a top tier diamond (they don't use "retail" diamonds like Jared) came out exceeding any expectations. I'm sure we'll be seeing Alison soon for wedding bands. The expertise and personalized service can't be beat.

Buying a ring is a big purchase and you aim to only ever have to do it one time, so my common knowledge was very little. I knew I wanted to go the lab created route because of the price point. Beyond that, I had zero clue and Matt gave me the complete rundown to me once and then again to my fiancé and I (and even mimosas both times!) I was recommended to Diamond’s Direct to find an engagement ring by coworkers and friends. I initially reached out online via email to keep the process a secret. Craig Benson responded and was very flexible with scheduling a visit to the store. He spent about an hour with me personally explaining the value of their diamonds and what to look for while shopping. I came in mostly clueless but had a budget and an idea of what the ring should look like. Craig helped me figure out the rest! When I finished choosing my diamond, it took under three weeks to get the ring on the setting I wanted. Later on, a resizing was done for free. The whole process was very easy thanks to Craig!

Truly cannot say enough about how much we love Diamonds Direct, especially Brittany. I came in with a very specific custom design in mind, and not only did she make it happen 100% how I wanted it, she did so within our budget. AND she got it done a month sooner than I was expecting so my fiance was able to surprise me with a mountain-top proposal. He never once tried to upscale us, told us he wanted us to get us what we wanted and gave us prices and what he suggested but he told us it was ultimately our decision.
