Showed up late but owner James took very good care of me, didn't know what all I needed but he took the time to explain what I needed and that some of the things I thought I needed, I really didn't. So they didn't over sell me items I really didn't need!!!!!!! I like very much the honesty of the owner and his helpfulness, not to mention the price I thought I was going to have to pay was considerably less than I expected like $700.00 less! Great service keep it up will definitely recommend airgas! ADDED note I was so happy with my purchase that I'm delivering 4 large pizzas to his shop today to feed his entire staff!!!!

My company started a venture into unknown territory. We needed to replace our air compressor with a liquid nitrogen tank and maintain at least 150psi. Jon took the initial call and invited us out to see what the store had and if they could help. He's extremely knowledgeably and super customer service friendly. On site James (Jimmy) gave us a tour, he took our problem and provided a solution. It took a few trial and errors but the team at Airgas accommodated our ignorance and taught us what we need/how to safely use it. Chris out in the yard was a great diagnostic guy and not afraid of a challenge. Will is a treasure trove of knowledge, if there was a question that stumped us; Will had the answer. Liz and Jeff were astonishing team members as well. Epitome of delivering customer service with a smile.

Staff is very helpful, spent a while with me trying to figure out a regulator arrangement for my CO2 tank and didn't pressure a sale when we weren't sure if it would work, would recommend.

never been in Airgas store before. I went there to fill up co2 tank that came with kegerator I bought. I told that I want to fill this one not to get other tank. he gave me tag to put my name and phone number, I did and tied the tag to tank. got the tank today and 10 minutes later I noticed that he changed the tank and put the tag on some other tank. he also put the plastic wrapper that I had on my tank. then he was pretending that someone else did it. person works inside had different story. the way he talked to me was extremely out of line. have some respect to yourself guys. here is new term for you "work ethic".

I bought a used welder from HGR, and these guys found all the parts to get it up and running right. I’m laying beads down like nobody’s business. My welds look like a stack of dimes laying down taking a nap. John and Jeff couldn’t have been more helpful. Two thumbs up 👍👍

In this day and age when so many companies could care less about true customer service, it is nice to see that the employees at this branch really do care and do a great job. I handle the deliveries of propane at our facility as well and the driver Roosevelt couldn’t be more professional and enjoyable. From calling in an order and speaking to Elaine, to coming in and picking up our orders from Elizabeth, Shawn, Shawn, and Herb, it is always a pleasure, and I leave smiling. As I stated earlier, this is what service is all about.
