I do not recommend anyone shop here, I went in and bought a pen from this place, charged it for the first time, tried to use it and it did not work AT ALL. No blinking lights no nothing and when taking it back to the store to get an exchange the guy said yeah so no refunds or exchanges, how do you sell junk products and before I can use it even ONCE you won't even make sure that the thing works. I'll NEVER be back, lost my business

Bought a coal burner for a hookah. It was melting the paint on the inside the first time I turned it on and I tried to return it. Was told there is no return policy and there is nothing we can do. Looked at me with a smug face and asked if there is anything more. 30 bucks down the drain and with a messed up burner. Have been a long time customer. Never returning

This store does not honor their broken parts. No refund or exchange. Huh. But the product was open when we bought it and the women that sold it promised it worked cuz she tried it.they are not sympathetic or pleasant to deal with and I Do NOT recommend them at all. Rude rude rude and absolutely no help now u are telling me have me on video with her opening it and show me it and it was bought by my son. For me as a Christmas gift so that isnt true at all. Also when I came in today u told me those come sealed so we would only have seen the display so exactly how did she show my son this product at hand. So everything u just replied s not accurate at all

I usually stop here when I’m visiting family and need something like papers although they have a huge selection of other products. Staff is usually pretty friendly and attentive. I did recently stop in for a disposable vape and the first one didn’t work and the second one tasted burnt shortly after I left. Outside of that they’re pretty solid compared to other shops I’ve been to in the area

4.5 for overall amazing customer service . they pretty much had everything i was looking for . amazing glass pieces and cool tools ! only thing knocking off the .5 is price comparison . i got something for $215 plus tax and have seen the exact same thing for $40 less . as a guru i compare competition .

Sold me a junk battery refused to replace it twenty minutes later. I understand they have signs up but still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I've been coming here on and off for a few years any time I've ever come I've always got great customer service and had a kind person working who helped me with any need that I had but after today I will no longer be supporting this business due to the woman who was behind the counter. She was very cold and rude.I'd highly recommend going to herbal express. The woman at herbal wellness was super knowledgeable and very friendly .thankful for them ...I also received 10% off and you get a free drink with any purchase

They sell products over a year passed the expiration date. Did not notice until I left and they refused to let me exchange or return them. Not cool. Very unprofessional.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and on most visits I not only leave with what I came for, I end up learning a bit of new information too! I appreciate being able to come here and find the items I'm looking for and have a great staff ready to answer questions and educate about the products in store including recommended usages, cleaning/maintenance of products, and storage of items/longevity tips to boot! Went in for the for the first time today. What a great shop. The 2 attendants were on top of their game. Had a great selection of glass. We will definitely be going back.
