Dont Blindly follow the reviews , and Never book online , My Family and Me booked the rooms Online platform Makemy trip when we reached there they said they havnt rwceived the booking , eventhough i showed them the Confirmation they Simply Denied it. And we Acknowledge issue with makemy trip Customer care they said Hotel Asking for more and the room whicj we booked was already sold out . And it was mistake. Anyway we asked for full refund from makemytrip and left the place. Very bad Behaving Staffs. We had 1 year child with us still these people decided to loot us without courtesy. Please Never book From here.

Not trust worthy staff..when we went out, without informing they opened our room Door with duplicate key . Additionally when we enquire over phone they offered a cheap rate, but the time check-in they increased a rate. we had no choice since reached late evening with family. we stayed and paid extra as they demanded just for 1 day stay .

This is the worst hotel, I have even seen… I Called to this hotel 3 days ago and reserved our stay.. And the person also confirmed the reservation. We were coming all the way from Chennai, while we check- in, they said we have no reservation and all room are booked at 1 AM… Our entire family got stuck at midnight have no place to go… Finally we got a room in some other hotel, where price is very expensive.. I have called again to this residency to clear this issue so we could get room for the next day, a girl picked up and said “ I am not aware of this issue and I am not one who reserved your room… So I don’t know anything about it…” with rude tone… I would give. 0 star… Never recommend any one

Receptionist hardly responds even if hot water facility is barely nothing . Everyday he says we will get it repaired but he won’t . Staff is not responsive and no water heaters in washroom. Basic things - providing (water bottle, soaps and shampoo)which is mandatory while check-in at 2500 per day are not available . Which one will expect for sure . Commuting cost will be heavier if you stay at this place.Since it is far away from main bus stand and major hotels. (Remember we have to pay +30, +40 or more to (Uber, rapido or ola) ride fares in coimbatore) which I haven’t seen anywhere. Think before you book here.

Worst experience... When u r about to check-in, the hotel staff will call n tell there is a transformer blast.. due to heavy rain.. no power.. and cancel the room booked... Which is all cooked up story... there was no rain at all...

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had a hard time finding the place.....the rooms are good but the part which makes me a little unhappy is that the water heater is on only after 5 am to 9 am .....and when you had to have an early shower before you catch a train or a long drive back we had to remind the man to put heater on which took him another 10 minutes .....why have this limitation in the first place .... Rooms are very clean and big .....there is an empty kitchen and TV and fridge given..... Approach is really not that good....if you have a car it is ok

They showed room like 1 Bhk, but gave worst room in the corner and charged me RS 1800. We feel scared to stay there whole night. And we left the room early in the morning.

I stayed with family at this place a few weeks back. Did the booking through Booking.com and completed the stay along with my family (wife and two daughters). Post the stay, I wrote a genuine review at booking.com with a bad rating, as the property was way below par. I have photos as evidence. The property owner, instead responded with a rather third rated comment stating that I had been there with a call girl, and that I have made a mess of their property. He also cancelled the booking from his end. That was purely an act of cowardice.

It's far from the city, no public transport there, cockroaches in the room, the manager said he already knows, when we told him, no window in the sleeping room, ratts in the back and a smell of gas, so no fresg air...absolute disgusting!!!

It's like 1bhk apartment. Tv is not working and also don't have water heater. Wifi is not working. Overall experience is okay. Having car parking facility

I have recently visited Pranov residency for my official trip.. And stayed for 3 days.. Awesome room for reasonable price.. Room 5/5 Service 5/5 Cleanness 5/5 I would recommend for family and friends for group and individual trip.. And the manager Mr. Bhoomi Nathan was very kind and helpful to provide the service. I would highly recommend this place to stay for ur any trip... Over All my experience is Awesome 5/5

Do not recommend spending your money or staying here. Service is horrible. There are lots of spiders and lizards in the room and what is advertised is not provided.

The place is very clean and offers great service. All facilities like clean water, utensils, and food are provided. The owner is also very good and friendly.

Very very bad services they said that hot water will come but there is no hot water coming and the management is not nice no response from the room manager the AC is not cooling WE SHOULD PUT FAN WHEN WE ON THE AC BECAUSE THERE IS NO COOLING IN THE AC so,worst room ever then especially in the online the price was 1400 for three members the manager is asking 2300 yet we are staying regularly here for 6months girst month he asked 1700 so we had giving that rent for last 4months but niw 2months they were asking extra amount rupees 2300 very very worst room management! !!

Such a pleasant place to stay and the rooms were mostly family oriented. Service was phenomenal and one of the cleanest place to stay.

Place is well and good, Cleaning is done every day, Underground car parking is available Mr. Boominathan very kind and polite person , He helps us every time when ever we call for any service Actually i lost my i watch during checkout, When i made an enquiry with him, He sent the product in courier to my home with no charges from my end

We went for a short one day stay along with family. Good place to stay. It's kind of a service apartment. But make sure you plan for your food from outside or you can swiggy it to the hotel. Ample parking space and helpers are available on call . Good place at reasonable costing.

Good rooms, well maintained, everything is neat and clean , they will accept the calls even if you arrive in the midnight, only problem is it is bit far away from bus stand

we have booked one room, and paid through MakeMyTrip. when we reached the hotel, we checked in and after sometime the manager was telling us that we had not paid the money. I told him we paid through MakeMyTrip but he refuses, and asks us to pay in cash there. Then i had to call MakeMyTrip customer care and after around 30 minutes the problem was resolved. thanks to MakeMyTrip customer care. They resolved the issue. The manager at pranov residency was really worst. We paid but he refused. And also rooms were very bad. They were painted like oil paint, no blanket, no hand wash, no towels, no drinking water. Worst experience.

Stayed for 1 night. It's good as it's pocket friendly and does the job you want. Nothing fancy. But good. Relatively clean rooms. Average service. But wasn't expecting anything mind-blowing in the first place anyway. Only one complaint from me would be - The road to access this property from the Highway is a mess. Not at all good. But the hotel can't do anything about it. It's on the local authorities! So mentioning it for just information.

Nice place to stay with family..warm welcome! Its like a home feel staying here as it has kitchen attached in it.they also provide vessels for boiling milk Nd for other basic needs. I went with my family having one kid. It was useful for us to cook and take food for him while we go for sight seeing. Budget friendly and no issues during our stay. I strongly recommend this for those who wish to stay in a place like home.

Nice place decent size room well maintained rooms... however location is a bit away ...maybe difficult to find autos or taxis in the night etc....

We stayed at the room on top. It was like a individual flat, with kitchen, hall and bedroom with an AC, attached bathroom. It was quite neat and tidy. Worth the price.

Service appartment with descent ike an 1bhk, with clean and mid size washroom with fully functional AC and basement parking. The only reason i am going with 3 star is by the time we reached at night 2AM, our rooms was given to other customers. And when asked, the answer was manager thought it was us.. this means he doesn't even bother ID and other booking details of customers. Later 11 of us had to adjust ourselves in 2 other rooms.

Decent room but not so clean washroom. The kitchen is literally an additional empty room with no plates or glasses that you can use. No toiletries so please carry your own! No cabs to travel to and fro at night. Please take a cab drivers number before visiting if you want to travel anywhere at night.

The place does have good restaurants in its vacinity. The residency does not provide basic drinking water. Toilet was not clean. The manager arranged the room for a extra day but was rude and did not regociate the price wherein the treatment was different to the male candidate whom he was dealing with parallelly.

It's is a very safe place to stay with your family, very friendly atmosphere, the manager is very cooperative and helpful. You have a very safe parking area for your car overall out of 5 I would like to give 4.5 rating.

Worst service don't prefer this hotel ever, we hve booked family room with 1king size bed and 1 sofa bed for 4adult, but they have given 1 sofa and matrix to sleep in floor and 1 king bed. After asking for sofa bed they said we need to sleep in floor. Mr. Bominathan manger worst attitude with smiling face.

Location is a bit remote, but food can be ordered in zomato and swiggy. We have taken double bedroom flat with King size beds in both rooms for 4 adults, one teenager and one infant. Rooms are clean, blankets and bedsheets are clean too. Both the rooms are fitted with A/C and the A/c is in working condition yet their capacity is 1.0 ton due to which cooling took time. Empty fridge was there, working kitchen was there. Faaaarrrr better than OYOs.

I loved staying at this place. Safe & peaceful place to stay. It gives feeling like ur own home. Manager is very helpful, soft spoken & kindhearted. There is kitchen access so u can easily cook your own food which was added advantage. I will recommend this place everytime for pleasant stay. Parking place is good. Rooms are clean & hygeine. Cost of rooms are affordable 👍 I will visit this place again.

This place was so bad that you would write a review like me🫢 there were no locks on bathroom doors, no stove, or drinking water to the room. There were rats roaming around in the bathroom. What the hell is that reply sir? Is this a way to treat your "guest" realllyy!!

Peaceful, Pleasant & Budget Stay. Rooms are spacious, clean & well maintained. The room has one double bed with 32inch TV, living room & washroom plus Kitchen. The best part is the kitchen, they provided us with all needed kitchen utensils for us to prepare our own food. No disturbances by the staff, he is very friendly & the owner Mr. & Mrs. are very respectful. Grocery shops, hotels are very near to this place. Enjoyed our stay. Really feels like home.
