Went in to look at an apartment. We went over the money part. Yeah, well, rent is over 100 $ more than they advertised. Plus, they want to see your bank statement, which is none of their business. They can see on the pay stubs that money is direct deposit. And pet rent. Being cute don't pay the bills. I personally feel like they lure you in, than hike up the rent with all these extra fees. Water is not included in the rent. Most apartments water is included. Stop lying and advertising lower prices. When it's really over 100$ more a month.

I was in a rush to find an apartment. The one I initially planned to move in was not prepared and I didn’t even get my deposit back even though they were roach infested. Desperate to find a new place, I searched up places and found that Hyde Park had availability as soon as that same day! I never even heard of them prior. I came into the office, and from that moment that have been the most accommodating. I was able to apply, place my deposit in, get approved and was able to move in all the same weekend ! From then, my move-in experience was top tier, and the staff in the leasing office here and even the maintenance are a dream team ! As my first apartment experience, I really appreciate living here !! It’s safe, they are very kind and attentive; I have not experienced any issues (and I really mean that). Special shout to Christina Carbin for helping me in the application process and working on my time in the beginning for a smooth transition; and to Steve the maintenance staff !!

A little over a year ago I needed a place asap..the staff helped me sail through the process and did everything they could to get me the quickest move in date 🙂. Been a little over a year now and still love the staff. Christina Carbon is always super helpful with everything and communication is never a problem. The office hours are great and they do keep you pretty up to date through email ect. if the hours are changed. Grounds are kept very clean, nice on-site gym, and it's very quiet for the most part. Maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful.

I moved in October, 2022. The application and move in process was so seamless. The environment is so clean and quiet. If you are looking to move, I will recommend you consider Hyde Park. Shoutout to Eddie Kings, I’ve tried checking in to the office a couple of times to say hi to you, seems you left. I have just recently renewed my lease bcos I love the place. They are quick to respond when it comes to maintenance. The only issue I have is that you guys seems to have forgotten to are suppose to change the AC to my bedroom. You promised to do it this summer but yet to, considering how hot it’s been. Asides that, I’m very pleased to stay here. Re: Had to edit to add this Following your response that I should call the office, I did and the second AC was checked and deemed for replacement. Right now, it’s been replaced. It was fast, I appreciate the way it was attended to so fast. Thanks once again.

Too expensive, floors creak LOUDLY, you don't get support from the manager even when you have a VERY noisy neighbor. If you want a nice place, try Cooper River Plaza/about the same in rent, utilities included/support from management with complaints, doorman, elevators, etc.

The application process was such a breeze with the help of Millie! She is so amazing and helped me through everything! So far the office staff and maintenance have been so nice and wonderful! No complaints so far(:

Hyde park really makes you feel at home. If you have any problems maintenance is right out. And every one in the office is very nice

The top of my livingroom window was severely rotted causing a lot of dirt to get into my apartment. Steve did a great job not only repairing the top of the window, but also spackling the inside of the window making it look perfect!!! Now we just have to wait until all dries so he can paint and rehang the blinds and all will look brand new!!! Huge thank you to Steve! Greatly appreciated!!!!!

it has been such a smooth process getting our apartment!! everyone on staff has been super helpful and the apartment is so nice and spacious and perfect for us. i love the little bikes you can ride in the complex and the fact that there’s a gym on sight is icing on the cake!

I live in Hyde Park this coming June will be 2 years me and my husband had moved in. Christine one of the ladies in the office is extremely nice helpful and always willing to put a smile on your face . If anyone considers Hyde Park ask for Christina she's a gem 💎
