My fiancé has gotten me the blue diamond & white diamond sterling silver infinity pendant for an anniversary gift & in 2018 he got the sterling silver diamond love heart pendant & I still get a lot of compliments on my pendants & I actually got to pick them out on the website & have them delivered to the store. As always He went to Jared!! My fiancé ordered me sterling silver pink sapphire diamond inlay earrings for my birthday present & they are absolutely gorgeous & breathtaking & the pink sapphires really stand out. Update my fiancé he just got me these gorgeous earrings & for a excellent price.

I ordered a pendant on May 1st & it took a while to get to the store but my fiancé was in another area had to come home drop off the purchases & rush out to Jared to get my pendant & this is my second pendant from Jared I also have the blue & white diamond sterling silver infinity pendant.

Went in with my fiancé and my 1 month old son. Walked around for 20 minutes. Nobody even said hello. I could here the one employee talking and she said they are short handed because of a stomach bug going around. We decided to leave and buy 2 wedding rings at the next closest jewelry store. We were instantly greeted at the next place and treated very well. I’m a retail sales manager myself so I know how important it is to at least greet everyone that comes into my place of business.

Just had a very very good experience with Charles Kimball. He was very patient professional and came up with a solution to our problem. Need more guys like him.

Shawn, from Deptford location, is absolutely phenomenal! I went in last week with an unconventional request that most people would have turned down as to not be bothered with extra work. Shawn rose to the challenge and made it happen without the bat of an eyelash! Being a business owner myself I recognize and appreciate the "outside the box" mentality towards getting things done. Great management skill! He truly is a great asset to Jared!

We went to the Deptford, NJ store last night to pick up my wife's watch that was sent out for service work. Shawn handled the situation from beginning to end. The staff here were all so kind. Michele really help me pick the perfect ring for my wife. She wasn’t just trying to sell us a ring. She was very knowledgeable and took her time showing us rings that would fit perfectly on her finger. Made sure it wasn’t to aggressive looking on her, if she wanted to sell me is the most expensive ring they had I would of got it but it was more about the value of the ring and the look on my wife’s ringer. Thank you for such great customer service!! :-)

Received a condescending tone by the employees when I decided to not elect in a service. I was only 4 days out of the warranty and I asked if they could override it because it was so close out of the month. Managers said no, which is ok, I understand policy, but when I declined to pay for a service they acted like I personally took money from their wallets. They were incredibly rude and barked at me that the only way I’d get the warranty back was to pay $75. I just did not want to pay at that exact moment and did not appreciate the lack of empathy and respect from the employees. I will not be returning at all for any warranty services, future cleanings and purchases.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I bought an engagement ring and was told I could set up an account to get 0% financing for 18 months. At the end of the 18 months I had a couple hundred dollars left on the account, which I though was set up to be paid in full, and was charged accrued interest of $2,200. When I contacted customer service they told me they would not do anything about it. When I called the store, they said they get these complaints all the time and Jared never does anything about it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I have worked with Natalie on a new purchase and some repairs and she has went far and beyond in her customer service definitely recommend her and all the staff there are very friendly and courteous.

I rarely will write a review for anywhere but I have to give credit where it's due. The Jared store and their employees in Deptford went above and beyond for me. I purchased a single pearl pendant necklace there last year for my girlfriend and the chain had accidentally broke so I figured I would purchase a new chain from them this year to replace it and just put the pendant on the new chain. Well I accidentally broke the pendant trying to put the new chain on and explained to the gentleman there what happened and he gave me a new pendant at no charge to me. He didn't have to do that nor did I expect that, he was just happy to help me and I am very grateful for that. I definitely will be returning there for future jewelry needs and purchases again. Thank you again for going above and beyond with your customer service !

I came to Jared's last Saturday afternoon with my husband and 3 kids in tow. The intent was to simply get my wedding ring resized, however, we started looking at bands within minutes! From the very beginning, Natalie was wonderful! Beyond helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect enhancer for my ring with just the right details!! She answered every question I had and if she wasn't sure, Carmen was there to help! He was also kind, patient and very accommodating! They even answered and entertained my kid's questions! Great experience! Michele was so helpful and made sure that I had a rewards program to cover any discounts that are offered. She also made sure that I added a secondary person to pick up my repaired jewelry in case I wasn’t able to. She also made sure that my earrings would be repaired and returned looking as a good a new! We just moved to Jersey and was told about Jared’s having an onsite jeweler. The two women that helped me were wonderful in every way needed. I will definitely be returning due to their help and having a jeweler there. I have a terrible experience of my ring being ruined by being sent out, so there’s a lot of reassurance that my ring will be in good hands due to staying in the store here. Thank you!
