It's a good place to grab some essentials for, especially when I get petrol at this one. Wouldn't do a weekly shop as not great variety and prices are no where near tescos or aldis. Still.. do like the shop, p.s there lunch wraps are really tastey.

I was a long way from home on business and googled somewhere for fuel and breakfast in Yeovil. As a proud Yorkshire man I was pleased when I saw there was a Morrisons Supermarket with fuel and a cafe. I enjoyed an Ultimate Breakfast and filled up on fuel at a competitive rate. The two ladies I encountered in the cafe were really nice but I saw how they interacted with a group of store managers and it is clear they are a great team. Thank you.

They have improved the disabled parking bays which is much better than the previous layout. The shop is ok but seems a bit dated in places and could do with a refurbishment as could the aisle layouts. Not somewhere to goto to find some inspiration. On this visit the whole frozen section was blocked off due to water pouring through the roof.

Brilliant value 2 full English breakfasts and 2 hit drinks £10. Francis in the cafe was warm and friendly very professional, took the time to talk to us she made our day . Thank you Francis A*** service… give the lady a pay rise !

Great option for a quick loo visit in Yeovil! Accessible parking and the facilities are near the entrance. Shame about the leaky roof though.

Filthy tables no where to sit due to uncleared tables. Extremely rude staff and stopped taking orders for food during lunchtime without any reason. Staff training in customer service and hygiene urgently needed.

Good offers on, but I always find the shelves in the fresh meat and fish counter could be cleaner.

Completed shopping with everything on my list available. Decided to have a meal in the cafe... Food was good BUT plates could have been warmer and the food was warm and not hot enough. May try again sometime and hope for improvement.

Had what I came for. Even had my child's size in footwear (great to see a range of sizes out, rather than lots of same size). Lovely person at checkout. Only downside was both mens and disabled toilets, and one of the sinks in the ladies toilets were all out of order. General maintenance required!

What fantastic service, from being welcomed as we walked, by Denise, to the check out, also from Denise (she obviously must have been on the move). Fantastic help from the team member who sliced a loaf of bread, and the cafe team too (great food, by the way). Coming from London, where service is dire, it’s such a refreshing change to get such terrific people and brilliant customer service! I’m down seeing a friend, so a long way from home! I love all things Morrisons, and the Morrisons card too. Congratulations to all the Yeovil team! Please spread the love up to my local store, Brentford! They definitely need your customer service skills.

Checkout lady was very friendly, but overall experience was a little bleak, the shelves were practically empty, went in for donuts as I was passing by, two packets of anything left and they were stale. Probably caught them on the wrong day. But three stars is more than fair. Considering there was barely any staff wandering the isles either, so trying to locate a protein bar was futile.

Met a young man who was Manning the self checkout tills who was in a state of deep grief , his friend was buried today Sunday 2nd April , he was not allowed a day off to attend his funeral. How scandalous is that . Really !. Disgusted with this shops attitude.

Such a shame, a real shambles today. Seven self scan tills down and only half of the manned tills open. Really put me off it was just chaos, staff not really sorting matters out. Come on Morrisons don'tet yourselves down.

Nice store with good choice. Ate at the cafe with parents, and the food was lovely and well presented. The poor staff seemed very understaffed though, due to not many staff being on tables piled with dirty plates. Personal note. Always clean your cutlery with extra napkins as not always that clean. This view was shared with another customer. Staff friendly but very stressed out and seemed overworked. Excellent food and hot, though. No complaints on the food.

Haven't been here for some time visited for a mornings small breakfast not good only half a rasher of bacon, melted butter run out like fat, and a snotty egg on top of that there was No Coffee only tea and there was No sugar, if that's not Bad enough wanted the toilet but the pan was full of sh and paper so thought I would use the disabled one, just as bad and no lock on the door What the hell has happened to Morrisons!? So on that note would not recommend or be returning.

Spend a fortune in here every week !!!!! Don't think that it's the best of its ilk !!! But the staff really try !!! Question when making sooo much profit how they never have enough staff !!! For example deli and butchery n fish usually it seems one person does all three !!!! Please can someone explain when making so much money why this happens please 🙏 And I question quality issues with fruit n veg seem not too last long 😢 Oh n you may ask why 4 stars then !!! Well that's because the staff are amazing considering what they have to go through to keep us Joe's happy with the service they provide 😀 we'll done guys !!! But question the ethics of Morrisons hierachy 🤔

The cafe in Morrisons is excellent, easy to pop in before you shop-or after if you don't have frozen food. Very reasonable prices, lots of choice & the afternoon tea is great too.

Very friendly staff and welcoming in the cafe. Coffee machines were both broken, but the breakfast was good. Nice runny poached eggs.

Can be very hit and miss this store has either everything you want or you are struggling to get the things that you came in for. Now only six service tills in operation as they want you to check out yourself, can see this will cause huge problems in the coming weeks in the run up to Christmas.

Shambolic of a place to eat. Dirty tables and cutlery. Tables not cleared of dirty plates and uneaten food. My order I reckon had been reheated several times and wasn’t even fit for a pig. Great shame as I use to like going here for breakfast but no longer will. The state of the cafe is a reflection on the rest of the store and the lack of leadership from the management is obvious.

Won’t be going back. First off went to get petrol and as usual nearly half the pumps not working! Then went to do a shop for the weekend and as usual hardly any manned tills! Went to pay self service and 2 of the items I was trying to purchase weren’t in the system (not the first time this has happened). This meant I had to return all the items for my Sunday lunch causing an unpleasant exchange between me and the woman trying to cover all the self service tills but to be fair I felt quite sorry for her as she was run ragged with all the various problems and authorising alcohol etc. It’s a complete shambles!

Always a good experience at this store. Availability and prices good. Extra bonus, they have a very decent cafeteria, serving a good variety of dishes.

Twice now I've used their delivery and stuff missing. Hopeless to talk to someone at Morrisons. As good as stealing from customers.

Went in for a coffee and a lovely lemon meringue pie. Plenty of space, nice and clean, coffee good.

Friendly helpful staff. Only popped in for one item. Was quickly shown where it was. Happy days.

Rude member of staff on pizza counter, said she was too busy to make pizza she was stood there doing nothing wouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to make what we wanted. Crates of "fresh" produce all over the place and noone around actually emptying them, so they would be left out longer than they should be. Poor selection of everything to be honest. And prices have gone up ridiculously from last visit to morrisons. Probably wont go this morrisons in Yeovil again. Atleast they have self service checkouts.

Happy staff, good choice of products and good deals. Would be 5 star but it has been poorly restocked on occasion. Especially the Gluten free section.
