I have had extensive surgery by Dr. Chonsky for the careful preparation of my tooth implant that will occur in a few months. He and his staff are very professional, detailed, and communicated so well with their patients and with each other before, during and after the processes that I have had done. I have had appointments at his Waynesvile office and at his Asheville office and communication is seamless at both locations. I was given after the original extraction a very comprehensive “Post-Operative Instructions Following Surgery”. I still had a question at an after-hours time and was immediately put through to his senior operative assistant who answered my question clearly and with patience and kindness. The high attention to detail that is necessary to carry out the complex surgeries that Dr. Consky and staff do at their clinics is demanding, but somehow they manage it all with an air of enjoyment and ease. Dr. Consky and his assistant Deday are amazing! We absolutely loved the care they gave to my husband. Everything was detailed out, explained and followed through. We are pleased with the experience we had with this office. The front office staff are amazing also. They help you with every aspect of making sure insurance is in check and ready to go. My spouse had several teeth extracted today by Eric Warburton, DMD. The procedure went smooth, and my spouse was very pleased with the care that was given along with the post-op instructions which were explained thoroughly. The entire staff at Rockcliff are very nice with smiling faces!!

My husband had a good experience last year so,when my tooth broke, I knew where I needed to go. I was able to get a same day appointment for an exam and I'm scheduled for surgery next week. Probably not the norm but I am pleased.

Dr. Warren was great. I was worried about the procedure but I didn’t feel any pain. Probably will have another one done in the spring.

All things with the surgery were wonderful. Dealing with billing and office manager not so much. The appointment was July3, took awhile to filed with the insurance. Checked my insurance and my wifes's, Mine was supposed to be the primary, wife's secondary. It would appear that that process got reversed. My insurance says they ware waiting to hear from the office on what was filed with her insurance. We have called, left message, my wife was transfered to office manager, no answer. Waynesville office person was rude to my wife. Still has not appeared on my wife's insurance. 8/30 My wife called today, she asked to be transferred to Sherri, the phone rang and rang with no answer and the message said no one was available and then disconnected. All we are trying to do is get our visit filed with insurance.
