Disappointed! Brand new shop and they can’t keep up with demand. Went on two evenings and there were whole sections of shelves just empty. It was like there was zombie apocalypse on and everyone was stock piling !! Otherwise a good a shop - massive car park and nice bright and airy inside.

Lidl is an excellent supermarket that consistently exceeds my expectations. The store is well-organized, making shopping efficient and hassle-free. One of the best things about Lidl is the variety of products available, ranging from everyday essentials to unique European specialties. Their produce section is always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, and their bakery offers a delightful selection of breads and pastries, baked fresh daily. The prices at Lidl are very competitive, offering great value for money, especially considering the quality of the products. Additionally, the staff at Lidl are friendly and helpful, which enhances the shopping experience. Lidl is a fantastic choice for those looking for quality groceries at affordable prices.

It’s what it’s I mean Lidl ( some good prices with an acceptable quality- in their own brands, products for eg.). Good the fact also that some effort seems to have been done to offer a little choice organic vegetables 🥕like carrots, cucumbers and broccoli 🥦 and with competitive prices when compared with other supermarkets. Some devices/tools can also be found here at very good price (Lidl kind of own brand). It’s a new shop ( building) and it’s nice also that in the self service you got a couple of machines that accept cash and give exchange 😉 In all a good shop if you are not looking for specific brands or a great variety of products. Providing you with the essentials. A special note for the sushi, that if you are lucky can be found here ( and it’s fresher than all the other supermarkets). The only issue is the stock, sometimes at 11:am has already disappeared ( normally the big pack/fish option).

Very good super market. Have everything at reasonable prices. With clean working trolleys. Spacious car park. Including disabled bays close to the entrance. A pod point with a fast charger is situated, on the premises.

This is not my nearest lidl as it is approximately 150 miles away from my house. I visit often because it is where I have family. The range is excellent and I frequently leave with more goodies and treats just because they are tempting, oh so tempting

Very clean and well stocked, good prices and quality items and very helpful employees. Our favorite grocery store to keep our food budget!

I only go there for proper large bread pretzels. Ended up spending £50. Crowds can be awful here though.

Just the 3 stars this time, people. Read further down if you want to know why not 5 stars. I use lidl for two reasons. The first is that I have the choice of two stores to use, choosing the closer one when my list is short. Each store has different bargains as well as goods, which vary both in selection and price. They also have different layouts, which cause me to look that little bit harder for my usual purchases, picking up some good bargains I wouldn't have othereise spotted. The second reason is that Lidl is cheaper than Tesco or Asda for most of my weekly shopping list. This saves me money both at the till and in petrol. There are plenty of car parking spaces at both venues. Although being a disabled person with breathing issues and a blue badge holder does not guarantee me a parking space. Most of the time, the disabled spaces are taken up by taxi drivers, some waiting to cadge a fare while others do their shopping. This happens a lot of the time, or other inconsiderate drivers who are more than capable of walking longer distances than me but are just plain selfish and lazy. White van men also use these dedicated spaces, sometimes taking up two or more spaces at a time as their vans are too long. Most have sign writing with telephone numbers, but complaining is fruitlessly a waste of my time, often with a rude response. My last negative point, I promise, which must be raised, concerns the fruit and vegetables. I have stopped buying fruit and vegetables from Lidl because I was fed up having to return the following day with produce that had gone bad. It would be covered in mould or rotten when the peel or skin was removed. Lettuce with more than the average amount of dirt or insects or cucumber that would turn to slush after four days. From time to time, I purchase the occasional fruit and vegetables in the hope that things have changed but within a couple of days, the peppers have developed mould around the stems where they meet the skin and when cut open, there would be mouldy seeds. As for other produce such as oranges, they would have that distinctive rotten smell ehrn peeled or cut open. Peaches would be mouldy on the underside and mouldywithing three or four days. Plumbs were no different, but bananas are always ok for some strange reason. That's my rant for today, folks. Life is too short, so I'm getting on with it.
