    Terrible, horrible customer service. I was completely mistreated , disrespected and yelled by a a cashier in the AVON MA store. I have been their customer for many years and I never felt so humiliated in my life in a place like I was today a this store. I am completely disappointed with RD customer service. I called their main office many times to file a complaint and nobody answers the phone. I hope they read this and do better a service with training their employees and offers a better customer service for their clients

    I want to give zero to this store service. We went to restaurant Depot with our two little kids,this was our first time went restaurant Depot,so we don't know there not allowed kids getting in,and we even couldn't see there was a very tiny paper on the door, whice is that sign of paper covered by the door immediately when the door open, it's hard to see it,so the manager yelled to us get out after we walked inside after 10 minutes,of course she yelled in front of my two little kids, the manager gathered unless five staff yelled us at same time, I don't know if they notice their attitudes will affect my little kids mental illness because my little girl was crying after everyone yelling in front of her. My husband is Africa American,and I am Asian, I don't understand why they treat us very rude to us because racism? I believe if we are white people,the manager won't yelled to us. I want to know why their behave like that, I really want they apologize in front of my kids, I want the company boss can reach me as soon as they can.

    Nice staff, Open parking lot for 12 trucks space for overnight stay and wait. Fast Unloading 5 Doors for import export . Washroom facility available for drivers during working hours.

    I have a love - hate relationship with this place. You can often find good deals, but not everything is priced right. You really have to know your prices going into the place. And today I wanted to buy some ribs, but none of the packages (of any of the meats) were labeled. So my cashier, without saying a word to me, took the meat away and didn't come back for ten minutes. I asked her what was going on, and she said that we were waiting for someone to make a label. After another ten minutes we decided we didn't need the meat that badly and left.

    Hello, I didn’t like how the store manager and meet department treated me today I tried to buy eye Round. Once I came to that area, I asked the employee if He can get big pieces for me, he said take the one on the shelf or buy a case. I said no I need four big pieces. He rejected to help me then I searched the manager and supervisor, the manager said we are NOT going to open a box for you either take what on shelf is or buy a case, I said they are too smalls and I need four pieces. He said we can’t open a new box until these three pieces are taking by someone. The manager N the supervisor looked at each other N said yes that’s the answer. How can you force your customers to buy what they don’t need.

    Awful customer service, shelves are never stocked, have to hunt down a usable cart to shop with. Manager is always just sitting behind his computer screen, watching his ship sink.

    Arrived here to go pick up some fish fillets. Good selection good price helpful stuff. Just be sure when picking out your seafood by the case you read the label what's inside for I found out the hard way that the cases are stacked with mixed product in each stack possibly done by other customers.

    The customer service is so bad they treat their customers very bad. I was there yesterday and bought some fish that I didn’t know the price for when I checked my receipt I decide to return it while I was there. The clerk in the customer service was on a video call with his girl friend or wife and he didn’t care about the phone ringing or clients waiting in line. He gave me his back and continue to talk on his phone until I said are you serious then he hang up on her and told her that he will call her back. I had to wait for over 15min to do the return and when he did I didn’t get the price that I paid and He was yelling at me and laughing saying that I won’t get all my money back because it was discounted. He sent me to the manager to gave me the refund and the manager told me that they just took the discount for the price so I said that’s fine but when I got home I found out that they took over $10 from the money that I should get back. It’s not about the $10 but the way they treat me. I like to shop from this place but the staff are awful and don’t care about customers

    Place is good for wholesale purchase, and prices are quite reasonable. I was surprised by the behavior of a staff, he was very rude ( his name was Kenny) and he was talking rubbish. This is not acceptable in any organization and his behavior should be checked by the management.

    Might be the best RD I’ve been to. Line always moves fast, they have Been hiring a lot of front end staff which is nice. Products they carry are still awful and I’d never serve them to guests but great paper products and cleaning supplies. Maybe some day they will stock some high end products.

    Alwayd very very very long checkout lines. They don't have enough cash out lines open even though they have about 10 registers. Their restocking is very poor. You always have to get someone to get what you want from their high storage racks. The employees are usually friendly but tend to pass you to others. Employees also fly around on motorized pallet jacks, so watch out. Theu have almost everything a food service business would need. Their prices change daily. Many items in their flyers are always out of stock and they won't give you a raincheck. They never have enough of the products in their flyer.

    This was my first time at the Restaurant Depot's Avon, MA location. The store was well stocked with lots of options to choose from. I had the pleasure of working with the Assistant Store Manager, Tony. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting me with my shopping needs. I look forward to working with him again. Overall, it was a positive experience and I will shop here again in the future. -Steven

    Rather than focusing on problems, here are my solutions. 1) Give cashiers laminated cash only and credit only signage that they can velcro on the poles by the register so that customers don't stand in the wrong line and lose precious time. 2) Have a better way to identify staff. I lost feelings in my fingers being in the fridge too long looking for an item that turned out to be elsewhere. 3) Signage at each isle. 4) I wonder if check out can be improved.

    Awful awful lines.. they are all the way down to the other side of depot where the chips are.. It wouldn't be that way but people stand in line for no reason and only wait in 2 lines and don't merge up to the other lines in the end. People end up cutting in front of everyone because they come in from the other side end where the last row is by the mops. And you also never know exactly which lane/register is 15 items or less. Or cards only or cash only . It's NEVER THE SAME !!! I really think there needs someone there at the long long lines moving customers up to correct lines so we can get out of there in a timely manner. It's absolutely regretful to go to Avon Restaurant depot.

    The customer service from the supervisor/manager is terrible. System failure happens all the time there and I understand it, but how the employee there interacted with us was unacceptable. One of the cashier’s machine got stuck and he needed help from the supervisor. This one guy named Kenny, he came over and clicked something very fast and left us waiting without an explanation. He did not come back unless the cashier guy came looking for him. This happens 3 times. Kenny was just chatting with others, laughing. He never once actually try to help to resolve the issue. The other cashier next to us came and check up several times but NOT Kenny- who has the power to reset, close and transfer the transaction to the other machine. We tried to talk to Kenny but he basically ignored us. We only buy 1 item but waited there for almost 30mins. This issue should have been resolved faster if the supervisor was more helpful. Only the cashier guy was nice and able to give us a proper apology.
